You’ll absolutely love it!
This app has changed my life…literally. In late 2023 my Dr gave me bad news about my blood. He said if he didn’t see my name on the chart, he would have thought he was looking at 55yr old blood. I was 46! My friend told me about Myzone and I gave it a try. I went to the Dr again the Monday before Thanksgiving and ALL IF MY NOOOD WORK CAME BACK GREAT! I am so pumped. It was a lot of hard work, but this app kept me motivated. I just got my “Gold” status…12 months strong! This app, paired with having others as an accountability, has the ability to help shape your health for years to come. This year, I have lost 28lbs. I didn’t change my diet too much. I just cut back on portions mainly. You want results? You want consistency? You want to change? Look no further. Thank you Myzone!

Not syncing
The app has stopped syncing with my watch, phone and health app since the latest update. Makes this a useless tracker. Rather disappointed. Please fix Here we are a few months later and it has stopped syncing again. I would love to rate this with zero stars, but that's an entirely separate situation. I lost yesterday's workout and MEPs as well, after they had already synced. Not a good way to end a month or start a new one. I can't even reach out for support through the app itself, I'm receiving a "something went wrong please try again" message. Please fix this. This is rather frustrating.
Here we are, another month, another update..another lost workout, lost meps. Oh and lest I forget, already synced workouts gone again. No help when I reach out within the app for help, still. Please fix this.

Motivator
I have had Myzone for about 5 years and loved the way it motivates me to get into fitness against others wearing the belt all around the world. I have made distant friends in USA

New update
I have been using myzone now for 3 years. It’s easy to use, you can set your own targets and with the different colours for meps you can easily gauge how your work out is going.
Customer services are very helpful when you have a problem and can sort out quickly.
The last update however has now made the uploading of your workout tiresome. You now have to select the location of your device eg arm wrist chest, then you have a limited option of workouts to choose from before you can load and give your workout a different name. This update has not improved the ease of using myzone my opinion is it’s made it more difficult. If it wasn’t for this latest version I would of given 5 star review

Naming workout
I am sure the developers thought they were being helpful but having to select from a defined set of options and then type in the name of workout is an unnecessary step. Can’t we go back to the way it was? I am also noticing a significant decrease in battery life for the Switch. I am now charging it every few days where I used to get weeks on a charge.

I love this app but….
I wish it was easier to search my friends or link to my contacts. Roght now I’m only able to search for people from my home GoodLife gym, not any other GoodLife and definitely not my contacts

Mixed feelings
On the positive side I find the belt monitoring a very effective tool, it works 99% of the time and it really encourages me to keep going — or even to get going! On the negative side if anything goes wrong, the help is non-existent.
As far as the app is concerned I like it. I just wish you reprioritised the delete, edit and add photo icons. It’s instinctive to go to the top icon and that’s the delete. I recommend you rearrange them so the first one is to edit it so you can add exercise details, then add a photo, then the delete icon. I think that’s a pretty simple fix.

Website constantly crashes and app is always not working, trash product
