Cannot Access Paid Photos
I paid almost £60 for these photos in Dubai. When downloading the app, the photos won’t appear. It won’t appear on the website either.
Hopeless
One of the codes that a vendor supplied me did not work, After repeatedly asking for the support to find the pictures they finally sent me the wrong ones… Genuinely a joke 🤣

I paid £15 for photos at water jungle in Hua Hin, Thailand. Said 2hours I’d be able to see photos but I’ve got nothing. It’s been 24hours later! Absolute RIP OFF!
App doesn’t work
Makes you download an app that doesn’t even work. Don’t have time for constant crashes and trying to make a worthless app work.
The app works fine
We got 3 photo shoot and all was avaliable in less than an hour in the app, it works fine and downloaded all pictures on the phone no issue.

Imposible ver las fotos digital
Muy lindas las fotos pero la muchacha que atiende nos dijo que podíamos descargarlas luego de dos horas y nos hemos pasado todo el día intentando y nos dice que el código existe😢
Can’t find photos
Awful service.
Take payment for digital downloads at the venue. Can only view 24 hours after, no photos on the app and venue now closed so you can’t go and complain. Sounds like a scam to me.

I can only access one photo from my package and I have gotten no response. This is theft and should be stopped

This is a scam that you overpay for photos and then the app barely works.
Snap app access
Paid for picture package at Chicago 360 experience and been 2 days and no pictures ! Try to access on web and still nothing says to check email and still nothing .try to access the qr code from app and says app doesn’t have access to photos and the app isn’t listed to access camera !feel like I was ripped off 40 dollars! We need to contact FTC this is a fraud and they got their money but no photos complete scam !Chicago should check out these people before they let them scam tourists
