This app don’t work
I had the same experience as the others, can’t download any pictures. Awful!!

This app and the online version as well are horrible! I have tried numerous times to claim my photos using both the alphanumeric code and the QR code and neither has worked.
Requests for help through their Contact Us option have not been acknowledged or responded to.
I would NOT recommend the app or the online service if you ever want to see your pictures.

Not working
Trying to claim photos and couldn’t using website. Trying to claim with the app and it keeps asking to download the app. I never had difficulty downloading photos purchased from renown tourist attractions before. So disappointed that I’m having difficulty claiming my photos from 360 Chicago formerly John Hancock Observatory.

Infuriating
Same issues as previous rater-downloaded app-it said my QR code was invalid. Filled out a help ticket-the interface asked for a photo but kicked me off the form when I tried to upload a pic or take a pic-when I finally gave up trying to add a pic, it stated that I had a claim number for future reference-but it was completely blank-no claim number was provided. This app is trash and I’m advising that you should just take your own photos-it will be much less frustrating for you.

I feel cheated
I paid for all my group pics package, because the DEI employee said that all my pics would be uploaded and available online with this code, but after creating an account and logging in and scanning the QR code on the card, I got a pop-up that says, "There are no photos associated with this code." I want all my photos or my money back! 😡

App Does not work
After downloading the app and registered as directed I tried to scan the QR code. The app continuously sends you back to register. Very frustrating and does not work. Crap App!
Awful
Doesn't work. I downloaded the app because I couldn't claim the pictures without it...scanned the barcode and it still asked me to download the app. When it got to a point that I thought it was finally going to work it's at the pictures already had been claimed. Stay away from this app. It is awful
