This app is the worst app in the app history. The QR scanner, Facebook log in, entering the code do NOT work. Nothing in the app works. 🤮🤮🤮

Beyond terrible
How can you have a photo sharing/access app and it not work? First, it’s painfully slow to even view the photos. Second, when you try to save the photo, either through their save button or to save when viewing the photo, the app crashes. Do you even test the product you’re placing out for your customers that are paying good money for your product? Also, photos from the shoot were missing and their response was pretty much “oh well”... Will make sure to never use them again!

Does the developer even TEST their product?
It’s a simple concept. Buy photos at an attraction and then use this app to view or download them. When you finally see your photos and try to do something with them (view them closely or download them), it crashes. Useless app. Thank goodness the website allowed me to get our photos using my laptop and browser. iPhone 7 running iOS 12.1

Worked easy for me
I used the app to just get an online order complete for photo copies from Hard Rock Cafe. Just ran the app, entered the info and it was there to share and save.

My photos never appeared and no response from support
Had a number of pictures taken in Sentosa in Singapore and paid a high price for the physical photos. Given a card to claim the digital versions. Never appeared in app. Oddly I seemed to have someone else’s photos. Contacted the support through the app twice with all the info. No responses. Photos never appeared and now gone past 14 days. Will never bother with this kind of thing again while on holiday and use this app.
