If you want to keep your sanity, stay far away from this app. After 6 attempts of trying to deposit a check, we gave up. The first 4 attempts said the check could not be read. Then the last 2 said the orientation of the check was wrong and to rotate it… how can the orientation still be wrong after rotating it?!Show lessMatthewJB1

Check capture feature is very finicky. Camera shot has to be just right. Had to resubmit twice. It required all data to be RE-entered. You do not find out if it didn’t go through until later.Craig's Opinion

Do not use this app. waiting on customer support to answer regarding my earnest money payment yesterday that has yet to go through. Best to be safe when purchasing a home and just send a check if the app doesn’t work the way it is supposed to. I don’t even see anything pending in my bank account. No email confirmation that I sent a payment from bankshot.Show lessLiahts1

We tried to create an account and the wire an amount of money. Once we got to the next page it was all empty.
