If you aren't one of the many highest bidders in the auction, you can still win a reward through our raffle system as 85% of rewards are distributed through the auction and 15% are distributed through the raffle. Very laggy and slow and increasingly incentives being taking away
The continual gradual incentives being taking from being rewarded in participating in this app; whether it’s the direct gems for points Exchange being swapped out for a lottery draft which essentially gives zero guarantee and little value.
To the increase of the max daily step count from 6000 to 7000 steps insinuating that we all must be active step junkies in order to rewarded, have slowly turned this app from a fun and healthy activity to be rewarded in participating to an agonizing burden that pays back it users so few fashion that will slowly push away users and this whole app out of existence

The auction system provides a fairer opportunity, considering even if you aren't one of the many highest bidders, you can still win a reward through our raffle system, as 85% of rewards are distributed through the auction and 15% are distributed through the raffle. This ensures that you can still win a reward even if you don't have a lot of Gems, and you don’t lose your Gems if you don’t win the auction. The dynamic step goal has always been enabled, meaning if you are not able to achieve your goal, it will lower to a goal that's more attainable based on your step activity. This feature is meant to continue to motivate you to meet your step goal and exceed it, however, it will never surpass 7,000 steps. The decision to increase the maximum goal to 7,000 steps was a decision that was made to be more health oriented, as multiple studies indicate that 7,000 steps or more is the most optimal for reducing the risk of chronic diseases. I am talking about the adv is freezes the app and they are responding on the challenging weekly cap.

Hey! Thanks for the feedback. There is no limit on how many friends you run step together challenges with so you can still have fun with all of your friends! The cap means that you will receive gems for up to 10 completed challenges per week (2000 gems). Note that even if you are over the cap, your friends will still receive their gems for a completed challenge if they are under the cap. Waste of time, liars, and thieves.
They didn’t notify us of these changes for MONTHS. It took people bombarding them with questions to actually launch the updates. So for months they were collecting our data, and we were getting nothing in return.
Dumb. Don’t waste your time setting up this app.

Rewards have been replaced with auctions in order to make this a more fair claiming experience for everyone and sustainable for the app. Previously, users had to rush the app every day at 12pm ET to claim a reward when they were restocked. This caused many app issues and was unfair to members as not everyone could access the app at 12pm ET. That being said, the new auction system provides a fairer opportunity, considering even if you aren't one of the many highest bidders, you can still win a reward through our raffle system, as 85% of rewards are distributed through the auction and 15% are distributed through the raffle.
