Version 7.1.14 app won’t on some jailbreaks
Ivacy has been working as intended for a while, but the newest update 7.1.14 prevents the app from opening while in the jailbroken state for my iPhone X iOS 16.7.8 using the palera1n rootless and rootfull version. It does work in the non jailbroken state for the x but that’s useless for me. Downgrading the app to 7.1.13 one the iPhone X fixes this problem. Although 7.1.14 doesn’t work with that specific iPhone X setup, it does work with my XS Max iOS 16.1 jailbroken with Dopamine 2.1.7. Worst VPN application
I just bought the lifetime subscription from the 1 day ago and untimately i realised this is not working and wasted few hours to connect. The 15 minute free service works and as soon as you login and buy the service, it stops wrking. I've emailed them many times on the ticket to have refund and I dont want to use their service but they are unwilling to refund the amount and asking to send proof that I'm not able to connect. This is such a waste of time and you guys are such fraudsters while wasting customer money and time. Stay away from this VPN. Frauds!!! Zero stars for you guys.Show lessMohit2011

I have been using Ivacy for a few years now and had been very happy with the service. Fast connection, decent app, a lot of options on where to connect from, etc. Recently, the app has changed and is now asking me to log in every single time I use the app to connect. I might be temporarily disconnected, switch from Wi-Fi to cellphone or vice versa, or anything else that disconnects me from my VPN connection. I need to re-login every time. I have requested some assistance on the matter at least twice and gotten the same response, that they are working on it. It has been months and still no signs of resolution. It’s very disappointing since until now, the service has been very solid for me. I’m not a heavy user. I use the VPN when I am logging into secure accounts remotely, so it’s not like I am heavily accessing resources. I had not wanted to post a negative review with the hope they would resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, but I guess that’s not going to happen. I am happy to amend the review if they address this issue but not until they do so.

The login issue was resolved and the VPN connection has returned to being a solid performer for me. In fact, it has not become my primary VPN due to ease of use, speed of connectivity, speed of connection, and overall reliability. Back to 5 stars. Thank you.Show lessNeneBolo
Awful 3-year Experience
I paid for multi-year Ivacy service so my review comes from experience. I have been a customer since 2020. I paid for Dedicated IP and Port Forwarding services too. The service is terrible. I suffer through frequent outages that lasts many days. I currently am on a 7-day outage. Customer service keeps promising everyday they will take care of it and send me an email once fixed. They use silly phrases like “I am so sorry”, “I understand why you are frustrated”, “Please accept my apology”. It’s all very insulting. During outages I can’t get any work done. I am still waiting for an honest assessment of when I will be back up. I highly recommend people stay away from Ivacy. Ivacy's iOS app is amazing! It works like a charm and I've never had any issues with it. The speeds are fast, the interface is easy to use, and it's super reliable.
