Tries to force you to pay again to use
App update removed option to log into an existing Ivacy account. Only provides a option to sign up a new account and pay again. Before this, app logs you out every time it’s reloaded forcing constant sign ins every time it’s used. Now, no option at all to log back into an existing account. Can’t log in anymore
I’ve used this for years, mostly without incident. However, for the past year or so it keeps logging me out, forcing me to log back in every few days. With this last update 2 weeks ago there isn’t even an option to log in anymore! Just to create a new account or use the free limited version.loresht
Ios app issues serious issues!!!!!
The application has major issues it’s been working fine for a while but recently it requires a logging every time I use it for the more these past few days I cannot even login. I have to delete the application and reinstall it. It works for a while and then it doesn’t this is a real big issue and I am having regrets for purchasing if I hear subscription.Show lessMhouni

Honestly the biggest pile of dog fecal matter I’ve ever used on my iPhone. Constantly disconnects, all they did is update the timer counter to show it’s been active when it’s really not. I catch it turning off all the time. Secondly don’t expect any quality support. The company will Just assume you’re ignorant. If you’re lucky to get a response they’ll blame you. The app on IKEV Stay connected maybe 50% of the time if you’re lucky to catch it. IPSEC2 is even worse. Expect it to stay connected 25% of the time. Be prepared to constantly fight with this app to stay connected. The menu options for “connect on demand” and “always on” don’t even work. Free VPN’s are more reliable then this app. It’s complete garbage. You’ll gladly give all your information to Google by using this app because half the time you won’t even know you’re disconnected. If you’re wanting complete and udder disappointment, contempt for a company, and constantly to be let down; Well then IVACY IS FOR YOU!Show lessTrumpisGod45

It’s the cheapest out for a reason. Constantly logs me off when I’m using it, will slow you down if you use it for too long even though I’m paying for it, won’t log in properly sometimes and will still run slower than other VPNs I’ve used even when working properly. I usually never write reviews but this irritated me enough to deserve it. Don’t bother, just fork out the extra cash for a better VPN if you want to use a VPN or go for a free alternative that won’t waste your time.Show lessDuncten

I use Ivacy a lot. it has a great selection of countries. Some of the lower ratings for legitimate albethey minor issues are exceedingly harsh. On occasion I have had to re-login if I change my idevice for access. Occasionally when one offered IP address is problematic, you can get another nearby country automatically. depending on my specific needs at the time, I can easily check this with another app called IP locator. What’s the big deal? IVACY is great. The countries I need are in their repertoire and not available in other VPNs.Show lessPawch1

I bought lifetime subscription last year and it starts to crash a lot this year… I didn’t need to login everytime before but recently it just keep logging me out… very frustrating…and I have to reset my password everytime before I use it. Today they don’t even send my password reset email…. please fix the problem or just give me the refund😵💫Show lessn🐹
Awaiting a substantive response
I have been using Ivacy for a few years now and had been very happy with the service. Fast connection, decent app, a lot of options on where to connect from, etc. Recently, the app has changed and is now asking me to log in every single time I use the app to connect. I might be temporarily disconnected, switch from Wi-Fi to cellphone or vice versa, or anything else that disconnects me from my VPN connection. I need to re-login every time. I have requested some assistance on the matter at least twice and gotten the same response, that they are working on it. It has been months and still no signs of resolution. It’s very disappointing since until now, the service has been very solid for me.
I’m not a heavy user. I use the VPN when I am logging into secure accounts remotely, so it’s not like I am heavily accessing resources. I had not wanted to post a negative review with the hope they would resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, but I guess that’s not going to happen.
I am happy to amend the review if they address this issue but not until they do so.Show lessNeneBolo
Ivacy for iOS sign in drop out
After repeated contacts the problem was solved. Just had to remove and reinstall app.
Since last update over a month ago, Ivacy requires sign in each time you use the app. This is unsatisfactory. Non iOS apps work fine. I contacted support by chat and the rep said they are aware of the problem. No solution at this time.Show lessrebbeman
No longer kept up with.
This VPN used to be good, but the developers no longer keep it up to date. I’ve been having degrading service over the past year and they don’t address any issues or respond to emails. I now am getting signed out immediately after signing in. DO NOT waste your money, there are plenty of other VPNs out there that work well. This one also doesn’t really have many servers. And limited countries. It also doesn’t unlock streaming in other countries.Show lessSirSpinoza
