Stole my money
Wouldn’t connect and started asking me to get a new plan. Didn’t bother as the service wasn’t good. Checked my Apple Pay today and realised it charged me for the month and has already been 15 days without me even using it. Tried connecting as still asks me to get a new plan. Cheap & reliable
I used to have another vPN. I was stationed in Europe, so it helped me when I wanted to show my IP address like I was in the States. Anyway, this one is cheaper and still reliable. Now, I use it the other way around to connect to other countries.JohnApple83
Excellent customer experience
Thank you for an amazing product. I have used this on my FireTV, iPhone and windows desktop. Great design and easy to setup. When I have had issues I always get online and get on a chat session with a tech and 98% of the time they have resolved the issue before I end the chat session.

I have had Ivacy for a few years now and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good VPN. I don’t understand all these negative comments. I gusss with a computer I could see having a little problems with the configuration. Maybe that’s why I’m not on one but with Apple I have never had any problems in the years I have had it. It would be really great to get a notification when the VPN stops like the notification for when it connects. It randomly will stop working and I don’t even notice until I look for the VPN icon and notice it’s gone. On an iPhone 11 Pro Max this is not always visible so I never really know when it stops connecting until I use the drop down to check on it.Show lessBloodwerx
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DONT SEND RECEIPTS TO THEIR CUTOMERS
I tried using this app several times and every single time it fails.I subscribed to the app and it immediately gave me issues. I contacted customer support and they gave me an accurate ways to fix the problem I had. It wouldn’t connect me to any servers. I asked several times for a refund and every time they gave me mediocre in accurate steps to fix my problem. After several emails they finally answered and wanted me to send receipts of my transaction. However no receipts were sent and no phone number is given to me in order to talk to someone. This app is horrible and should not be used. They do not honor their refund policy and ignore customers when trying to solve a problem. DO NOT HUSS THIS APP!!!Show lessjvaih04

Why won’t it stay connected? I need my money back. Defeats the whole purpose of a VPN if it disconnects mid session
