Never connect after multiple try via wifi or sound
Device came from insurance Desjardins and I was very disappoint of their interface. I though I could use their app but it never connect after multiple try via wifi or sound. I suspect the firmware may be block for Desjardins only.
A disappointment all around
Got a free water leak detector from my insurance company. Spent over an hour trying to setup/connect the device to the app with no success. Even read and watched all setup videos and trouble shooting. Even for free this thing is a disappoinment, wasted time for something that you can't ever setup.
Products don’t work, they won’t warranty.
Bought the batteries and they wouldn’t connect. Day 1 support I was told the warranty was void. They say you have to buy at an “authorized retailer” but they don’t list who those are. Also the warranty card doesn’t say anything about who you have to purchase from. Don’t buy anything from this garbage company with no support. Their customer service is the worst.

This makes no sense
I get an alert that but when I go to the app, it doesn’t that tell me anything other than just show me an icon with no details. The push notification has more detail.

Another clean elegant app ruined by feature bloat and poor customer focus.
It still works but is now to complex to view information quickly....
Roll it back a few versions and it will be fine.
