Worst app ever
I’ve tried using and have been recommended this app but it is such crap! It doesn’t even scan the correct music, and to be honest it is such a waste of time, I only do app reviews when the app is one of the best apps I’ve downloaded, or one of the worst that I’ve downloaded and this is one of the worst! Completely useless. Don’t download just a waste of time and storage on your device

It’s really great but just a few problems
I love it so much but I wish that they could add another instrument like the trumpet, also it doesn’t seem to take in slurs and crescendos but other than that I love it!
Cannot scan music
I have tried copious amounts of times to scan music but the app simply fails to do it. I proceeded to scan another sheet of music but again it would not do it.
Easy to use doesn’t work
It takes the picture and turns it in to sheet music you can listen too but it is very inaccurate messing up a lot of notes, rhythms, time signatures, etc. Even after I put my phone on a solid surface it still messed up the music.
Great tool!
Great tool for practicing sight reading! It’s great for hearing how a piece should go, even roughly as it’s a tough ask to get the scans 100% accurate with dynamics and all but does a great job!
Hasn’t worked well for me
I’ve tried to scan the music sheet in many different ways but every single time the app hasn’t been able to scan the sheet correctly. So for that reason I’m giving it only one star.
Doesn’t work
I tried several scores and it couldn’t play a single one. The camera image is usually overexposed so very few notes are captured. Not ready for prime time.
Nice App
A really nice app. However, without the capability to import sheet music, it significantly reduces ease-of-use making the entire process tedious. Scanning should be the option and not the pathway.
Please bring back IMPROVOX! That was your best app!
Hey you guys are talented and made a beautiful app called IMPROVOX, I made a song for my kids when they were born using it, I used it for education and many other creative purposes, I told all my friends to get an Apple iPhone or iPad because of it...and now it doesn’t work (thanks to iOS update...) but come on you guys could update, or recreate it, I am not even complaining about the money I spent purchasing it the first time...so please bring it back, I work in a massive school with dozens of iPads, WE WANT IMPROVOX BACK...please make it happen! It was one of the few apps which I would call a Jewel in Apple’s crown, there are very few apps, very few, which I would crown with that title-so please please bring it back!

Amazing!
Really love MusicPal!! I’ve been looking for something like this for years since I’ve been trying to learn piano. I like all the music in the gallery and the photo feature is like magic. Amazing. I use it most times that I play. Thank you MusicPal!
