Description of TFSB Mortgage

The TFSB Mortgage app connects Home Buyers & Realtors with Loan Officers to learn which home loan they can pre-qualify for when searching for a home to purchase. If a home buyer is pre-qualified, they can print an official Pre-Approval letter to use when placing an offer on a house. The TFSB Mortgage app allows all 3 parties (home buyer, loan officer, real estate agent) to track the progress of the home loan application process as the Home Buyer meets the milestones and conditions required to get final approval. The App allows Home Buyer to: - Use our Mortgage Calculator to determine an exact monthly mortgage payment - Use the Mortgage Calculator to see if you are qualified for a loan amount - Use the Mortgage Calculator to see which home loan types you are eligible for - Print a Pre-Approval Letter to use when making an offer on a Home - Use the Milestones tool to track your Home Loan progress - Use the Conditions tab to see what items are still outstanding on your loan - Upload simple items by using the Camera conditions upload feature - Contact your Loan Officer or Realtor quickly and easily The App allows Realtors (for buyers & Sellers) to: - Review your home buyer's qualification - Use the Calculator to determine how much of a home they can afford before scheduling a showing - Use the Mortgage Calculator to see which home loan types they qualify for - Print Pre-Approvals without waiting for your loan officer to send them - Use the Milestones tool to track their Home Loan Application progress - Use the Conditions tool to track your client's progress - Contact the Loan Officer

Reviews of TFSB Mortgage

  • Great app!!

This app is so useful and easy for my clients to get them what they need while they are looking for houses.
  • From good to unreliable

I offer nothing but disappointment at this moment. Not screaming not yelling, just saying.

The app which originally felt more like MS-DOS versus windows but was functional and reliable even though it offered little flexibility is now pretty clunky with the poor interface and has become very unreliable.

To make this outstanding there should be flexibility in setting the rate based off of input from the lender. There should be flexibility in allowing us to specify the property address if it fits the criteria. There should be a full-blown calculator built into the app to allow us to run what it's for clients with PMI automatically configured.

What once was a tool that might have made me more inclined to work with the lender who offered it has now turned into a tool that I am preparing to remove from both my phone and my tablet.

I'm going back to the old fashion way of requesting a preapproval directly from my lender which is shame in this offered a distinct advantage in a fast paced market.

As I have 5 lenders this means that anyone could receive the referral versus the one who might've gotten the business because of the advantages this app once offered.

You got me hooked but you lost me altogether with last couple updates.
  • Great for active home buyers

This app really gives my clients the ability to compared mortgage payments and approval on several properties while they are actively searching for their home.
