Waste of time and money
If you want to know if your child safely made it to school, then this is NOT the app for you. There’s no history, you SOMETIMES get a notification that they scanned
Not working
Giving 3 stars as I love the app but it stopped working for my child’s route last spring and still isn’t working. Cannot contact site directly and school and bus company said it’s all in Verstrand’s hands. We loved this and heavily depended on it in the winter months. If Verstrand actually reads this, PLEASE fix the app!!!

Terrible app
There no way to retrieve your user name or password if they’re incorrect. There’s not even an option to reset it. If you can get in the app it works fine.
Nonsense
The app work decently for the first week or so of having it. Afterwards it tells you the expected bus arrival time (the time your bus is SUPPOSED to be there) and tells you how late your bus is running but only AFTER the time your expected bus arrival time has passed before the app eventually commits suicide and gives up on any hope of being of use to to you. By this I mean that it will only sit there lying to you telling you that your bus is on time so that you leave your house and stand outside for 20 minutes only to realize that your bus is NOT running on time and that you had enough time to brush your hair and wear sneakers or finish your 30 question chemistry assignment before leaving the house. If you’re looking for an app that’s the perfect representation of 15 minutes of fame, have your way at it. Afterwards, spare your phone the useless storage and delete it or risk developing high blood pressure from how many times you get angry at the app in the early morning or hypothermia from standing outside in the cold for way to long for no reason.

The worst app I’ve ever used
Come on. It’s ridiculous that it doesn’t work half the time.
Horrible
This app logs me out half the time and the other half it says “not active.” Rarely does it say where the bus is.
The only option
When it works (not often) it’s fine. But there are more times than not that it doesn’t work or it tells you your password is incorrect when it’s not. It’s the only option for the school District though so they have no motivation to do better.

The tracking can be a little bit behind where the bus actually is. Also after the new update I can not switch between two apps. The screen goes black if I go into another app and try to go back into this app. I have to completely close the app and reopen it.
No Longer Works & After All of the Horrible Reviews There’s Still No Update Almost a Year Later?!?
Our district decided to use this app regardless of the horrible reviews shown by users. We are severely short staffed with drivers which was the reason for using the app. It isn’t accurate for bus stop pickups. We might as well continue calling and stressing out the transportation dept by flooding them with more calls each day since this app isn’t efficient and causes parents more stress and worry. Please LCISD, let’s try something that actually works for the 25/26 school year as this app has been an epic failure for 24/25. The developers don’t listen to their bad reviews otherwise, the issues wouldn’t go on for several years as documented here.
