Better than no visibility...
... but could use some tweaks to make it better. Would be nice if I could have settings for both of my kids’ schools / busses without having to log in and out, and would also be nice to have earlier notification of bus running late. But, it’s an upgrade to be able to have visibility at all, so it is useful and hopefully gets some further tweaks to make it even better.

Nice app
So far, I like the app. My only issue with the app is that I have two children that go to two different schools and ride two different buses, so I have to log in and out of the app whenever I want to look at a different bus. The additional complication with this is I have to remember their IDs, instead of something easy like their name. . I would like to be able to toggle between two children using the drop-down menu at the top.

To all people experiencing problems
If you are getting the message that your child’s bus is not active it is because the usual bus is not being used for one reason or another. As for loading issues give it some time and make sure you have a good connection. Although there are some mishaps of this app overall it is an amazing keeper that can help your child make the bus everyday.

So helpful!
While our school doesn’t seem to use all the features, like scanning on and off the bus, this app has been a big help. Especially one day when my son left his sports gear bag on the bus when coming home for a long weekend. After a few minutes of panic when he came in the door without it, I could pull up this app and see that his bus was now sitting at the neighborhood elementary school waiting for it’s next run. We drove over and met the bus (the driver was shocked that we’d found him!) and got the bag. This app saved the day!

Only sometimes works
I started using this app last year and loved that I could see where my children were and when they would be home. This year the app seems to have a lot of bugs. It consistently freezes when I check it in the afternoon and doesn’t show where my kids bus is. Makes it tough to gauge when I should be coming out to meet them. I live in very cold and freezing temperatures so standing at the end of the driveway for 15 minutes waiting for the bus to arrive sucks when I could and should be able to use the app to give me an expected time of arrival. First world problems I know, but it’s cold!!

I use this app daily
This app has been very helpful, especially in the morning hours. I appreciate not having my child stand outside for extended periods of time. It is not 100% accurate, but how could it be? The bus is always moving. There was a learning curve, but I have been able to determine how close it REALLY is based on map location. Only two issues that I would love to see a fix for -- it would be wonderful if the app page refreshed more often or if I could force a refresh. Also, every now and again, the app changes my son's bus number to match my daughter's. They ride different buses. The other day, I didn't notice until it was almost too late. Thanks!

Don't waste your time...
This app has NEVER worked, ever. It really would be helpful in the winter if it did. If I could give this app ⅕ of a star, I would. #EpicFail
