Not user friendly
I’ve been trying for 3 days, using your Banking Butler, how to verify a micro deposit. I should not have to use 2 devices and go back and forth for unclear and unable to locate instructions. There is not a place on your Banking Butler or in the menu that says ACCOUNT VERIFICATION! You do not make anything easy or readily accessible for your customers.
