Why would anyone create an app that required tech support to operate?!?!
Tech support is great and they know the app, but this app is too difficult to setup on your own. I’ve never used an app that required tech support to setup. I was using the iFORA app that came with my meter, because the setup was automatic. After calling Kannact tech support my meter was up and running and submitting my data. THEN, Apple pushed out an iOS update, and now my app won’t open. I’m so frustrated with this whole setup process.Show lessdanarbob

Great company that is really intentional with each of their patients. Love getting to pair the app with my phone, it really helps me manage my glucose levels & blood pressure. I’ve seen my A1C drop and my glucose levels even out. So grateful for this app and this company!divadiabetic

I have no problem logging in, but every time I try to connect a device, the app shuts down. I’ll stick with my old OneTouch Ultra.BigDaddyKH

This app is a joke. Works ok on my husbands old iPhone 5 but will NOT work on my phone. Hasn’t ever worked for me.Margokate

Seriously this needs to be fixed. I can use it a day or two then it stops and I have to reinstall. Good in theory but fix this please because right now it is garbage.ChuloRho

I think they need to hire a new set of programmers. Or this must have been one of the original apps from 10 years ago! Honestly, it's very clunky, hard to use and unreliable. I use apps and this one feels like it's all over the place and while it has a lot of menu items the features hold very little value.Show lessCharlie Mignalt
