  • Why can’t u login?

    So first you guys take the app down for a while. Ow it’s back up which I’m actually elated that it is back up but now why can’t I login with my existing login info ? Can’t even contact you guys on the site about this?
  • Not able to login

    It’s not even allowing me to login how am I supposed to use this app?
    I’m using iPhone 13 pro with iOS 5.5.
    I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it but it didn’t work.
    Can you please look into this so I can at least use the belt.
  • Scam

    Gel pads were just replaced, and it says to replace. Won’t start program. Got a message not related to complaint. My brand new gel pads were not good enough, kept saying replace. They are 20 bucks a pop, they should last more than 3x.

If you are getting a gel pad error then we would need to carry out some troubleshooting steps over the phone, as most issues are easily resolved.   • Used to work

    Used to work, but no app updates in 9 months. Open the app and it’s a black screen. The device cannot be manually operated (app is required) so it’s basically obsolete until the app is updated.

  • Belt connection doesn’t work sometimes

    Sometimes doesn’t connect to my phone
  • Crash loop during setup

    Got a new iPhone and not only did the settings not come over from the old phone, the app crashes during initial setup every time - effectively renders the whole product useless. Not cool.

    Great product, BUT

    Been using this for years and love what it does

    The latest update is pure crap!

    Forced me to log in again...no biggie

    Asked for my gender...ok

    My birthday...why? None of your business

    Then proceeds to crash every time

    I have never missed a day in 10 years when I am home (not business travel) until today

    Thinking of returning my belt for a refund

    Again PURE CRAP! Did you even test this update?
  • Please fix this!

    I gave this 2 stars because I can’t use a device that won’t connect. It used to work great. I have gone through every step in trouble shooting...with no luck pairing to my phone. Yes...my software is up to date, as well as the app. What’s the problem?

  • Why no stay-logged-in option?

    It’s annoying to keep having to login. Why is there no option to stay logged in?

  • App connection issues

    I’m so glad the belt doesn’t count on the app to work. I’m having same connection issues as the others. Bluetooth shows connected but app doesn’t.
