Won't work unless you TURN ON location
This app used to be great. You could manually type your location or select a previous location. Now the app won't work at all unless you turn on privacy setting and location. Waste of battery and time especially when I go to and from the same place frequently. Drivers also take your fare from too far away and it takes them up to 10 minutes to arrive to pick you up. You should be able to exclude taxis from a certain range away to prevent this.

Well designed but USELESS. Drivers don't respond anymore.
The system is breaking down. Drivers don't respond. Been this way for months now. Useless. Drivers tell me it is because customers cancel after calling a cab because they take another cab. Kakao needs to impose a 1,000-won fee for cancellation to reduce this abuse.
Terrible update
Slow and you can no longer order more than 1 cab. No longer useful and the gps is not accurate. No, it doesnโt work in the korean version either. Fix this and maybe I will change my review.

Buggy
The onboarding process freezes often. A couple of screens are localized in other languages but most is in Korean only, which is pathetic for a company that pretends to be a global player.
Not in English as stated
This has no English language option, although stated as in English in the app shop description. I would thought it most useful to foreigners and tourists. Why?
