Worst ever
This is the worst app that u have to use on your smart phone to begin an inspection then u can sign into the site on your desk top.
You can add multiple photos from your library. Plus I don’t do photos line item by line item. I take a ton of photos all at one time or else if I do it line by line an inspection will take over an hour.
Some here say this app is simple? It is not, it’s not user friendly at all. I’m busy I just want to click a property. Hit a button that says new inspection you can not make changes to the make up of the property on the web site only on your smart phone. I just can’t anymore, I keep telling Buildium , well Real Page to dump happy co as there are many other programs that are better. But it’s real page which is being sued by the doj. It might be time to go to appfolio. Don’t pay for this find a much better program.

Had a lot of issues until…
I love this app, it’s very simple to use. I love how you can have the tenant sign it and in there, It’s a wonderful feature, when it works! My problem came because I downloaded the app before my new employer had sent me my sign in information. Because of that every time I tried to do an inspection it wouldn’t allow me to access the report to have the tenant sign. I would have to send in a help ticket and they would fix it eventually. I have to say help technicians have been very helpful and getting it running for me. I recently deleted the app and re-downloaded it and it has been working perfectly! If you have trouble with the app, delete it and re-download it and it will be flawless thank you guys so much for being helpful!

Makes logging easier
I’m a maintenance technician for Windsor communities and it makes my job much easier as far as logging and having pictures and it tells you who signed off on it easy simple

I downloaded it and all it asks for is email and password. I haven’t even registered yet, so of course you don’t know me.

Only Works On Apple
My company uses this app so I literally have to use it multiple times daily. 1st I’ll give you the pros. It is simple to navigate……. So the issues I have with it is that I had to purchase an iPad to get it to work. Otherwise certain units will not populate or email. Sometimes it takes up to 3 or 4 minutes to be able to see something on screen. (I’ve tried on multiple different Androids with the same result) The app also is a tad bit clunky and could use an overhaul to streamline it. Like how to add or remove sections etc. Also the way the photo load works. Sometimes photos won’t go in. Bottom line is…it’s a solid app as long as you double check every piece of data you input.
