Run from this app and product. Don’t walk, run!
Since they changed the Maps from Apple to Google it’s completely inaccurate. According to the new maps my Automower went right over my card and through my living room and kitchen. Remote start no longer work either “Manual Action” is now required for everything, which makes this app useless. I can’t accurately monitor or control my mower anymore. Over $3K for one summer worth of use, what a waste.

A Great Start
Overall it is working well. As others have said scheduling needs work. It would also be great to have timing options for headlights. Evening only runs too late. I want to make people aware of the mower at dusk (crossed sidewalks), but once it is dark they remain on for too long (an hour or two at times). Scheduling options, more notification options as well regarding status would be nice.

Cutting Height adjustment gone
I recently installed the Automower 450XH. For the first week, I enjoyed the app as I was fine tuning the movement of the Mower; It’s very helpful to get immediate information about the status of the mower whenever it gets stuck. Surprisingly however the latest update 4 days ago seems to have eliminated the option to change the cutting height and no longer displays the current mower cutting height. That’s a big problem for me, as I’m trying to determine what height makes sense for me and my yard. Please fix his

Reviews are way to harsh
Granted I never used the old app, sounds like it was amazing, but the disconnected problem was a mower firmware problem. I found out after I took my mower into the dealer for a minor fix and he updated its firmware. Now it works great! App is super functional and convenient. I also would love to determine which area gets more attention, time wise, if the mowers firmware allows it.

app is very intermittent
the mower is great, the app lets the system down due to intermittent issues, tonight I am unable to save changes to the timer or park until further notice - i hope the system will work tomorrow for example, there is no setting in the app to let you report issues or contact the manufacturer themselves which i think would be reasonable when buying an expensive robotic mower

Fix the headlights
Headlight schedule functionality has been broken for months now. You have to either leave them on all the time or turn them completely off. App and order more unit itself can’t recognize evening and night properly.
Agree with others; ability to set to mow once every X number of day intervals versus actual days of the week is something offered on many other timing apps.

No access to a complete menu
Husqvarna mention “a complete menu on your app” is an untruth. The app is a cut down version. You will have to operate the keypad on the mower to do most of the functions. Come on developer please make the app into a FULL menu !
Crashes occasionally and no longer logs in automatically. Fingerprint logon would be a bonus but sadly cure it’s not a function in the app.
Very annoying that Husqvarna system goes down, leaving me to sign in manually and if I choose “forgot password’ I just get unexpected error ! Very annoying!
Having deleted and re installed the app makes no difference.
Please improve the app ASAP.

Good app but needs more
Overall works good as long as your mower doesn’t lose connection. Would be great if Automower could also be set to Wi-Fi as most home Wi-Fi cover the area around the house that gets mowed.
Also, scheduling needs some rework for ease of use and real use cases. The main use case that cannot be done is setting number of days between mowing. Every other or every third day cannot be scheduled when you can only do a special day of week time based schedule. One would want both to be possible. Also, it would be nice to set temporary scheduling for things like weather tomorrow so don’t mow.
Machine maintenance: would be great to have a basic timer that tracks number of hours mowed since last service for things like cleaning and blade changes.

Please fix this new app - it’s terrible
The old app worked well. Told me when the mower was working, what it was doing, and I could control the mower from my phone. The new app shows my mower as constantly “disconnected” but still mowing - it makes no sense. The accuracy of the map is terrible. I used the old app to tell me where the mower was stuck - now I cannot. I also cannot stop or start the mower any longer from the app! Why would you take this useful feature away? Please bring back the old app or fix this one. We paid so much money for this mower - the easy part should be the app.

AMC v3 Seriously Flawed
Credit where credit is due; v3 of the app is now excellent following several updates to correct bugs. All those in my original review (in parentheses below) are resolved. I have two robotic mowers; controlling them, viewing their status and altering settings via the app is now clear and straightforward. The move to Google mapping is a welcome enhancement.
(V2 of the app seemed to generally work well. V3 (the current version) has so many bugs: no way to clear alerts; incorrect display of dates; unable to ‘Park Until Further Notice’ despite selecting the option - it shows the next start time in the ‘Timer’ menu; geofence radius doesn’t display etc. etc. I have reported these issues to Husqvarna and await a response and updated app.)
