EGGNOG LATTE SEASON!!!! Sorry, I LOVE the holiday drinks at Second Cup - although the pistachio latte has now become a very close second! My only complaint is, there doesn’t seem to be an option to tip on the app. I looked around but couldn’t seem to find it (so if it is there, making it easier to find). Your competition (I wish there were more Second Cups!!! I would never go to the “other place”) has it right in your order, accessible for 30 minutes after your order, I believe. Since it’s been VERY rare that I’ve come across bad service/product at any Second Cup it would be great to show that appreciation 🙂

Nice atmosphere and friendly service however don’t go if your in a hurry because even if you order ahead of arrival they are very slow.
Add email receipts for in-person purchases
If I scan my Rewards in person, no receipt sent to my email like with Mobile Ordering which lead to after a certain number of transactions, older transactions disappear within the app and recalling what I tried from those older transactions would be practically impossible.
Does the store get notice?
I always have to line up and let them know I ordered something.
Doesn’t Work
Tried to use it today to order on the way to work. Set up Apple Pay with it & it wouldn’t let me order so I just deleted it & went somewhere else.
Solid App
I tend to have a lot of issues with food company apps. Whether it’s not loading, janky UI, or just straight up not working at all. This app has never been an issue for me and runs smoothly! It’s honestly a joy to use after dealing with how low effort a lot of apps are these days.

After the update I can no longer pay using the app so it’s useless for ordering ahead
