Was fine. Now all of a suddenly won’t support Apple Pay. And support help for this app goes nowhere.
Reliable yet lacks ability for franchisees to set item availability
App immediately hides unavailable items but when items becomes available again, availability is not reflected in the app, at least not immediately. Also, this not only applies to to the app but also the Apple Wallet card, system lacks ability to email digital receipts of in-person transactions when Rewards card linked to account is scanned. Otherwise, I would have trouble keeping track of what I had.

They removed the option to add gift cards to the app. I get a lot of those and I don’t like keeping the physical cards

Needs a tip option
I would rate the app 5 star but there needs to be an option to leave a tip for the staff like with other coffee rewards apps

i get an error message when i try to add my card to Apple Wallet
No gift card linking or tip option for mobile
While the app has basic functionality it is missing the ability to link their own gift cards and when mobile ordering doesn’t give option to tip. No offers or discounts ever other than points redemption.

I deactivated my account after seeing how they increased the amount of points a free drink costs. I used to come here every day but won’t be anymore.
