  • Pretty ok

Not too bad. There’s in-app purchase for the premium version of it to get access to all 20 levels. Without it you only get up to level 3.
About 10 questions per level so it’s not terrible but the answers were kinda cheesy or not very general for most people. Sometimes you have to just choose an answer for the sake of continuing the level because your real answer isn’t there and then your partner gets it wrong which doesn’t feel good to either partner but as long as its discussed, shouldn’t be an issue.
It’s 7.99/mo for up to level 20 after level 3, and you get a few other perks. You can also pay yearly but you don’t really need it and it’s kinda pricey. I feel like potentially if you can get all of it done in one month, it’d be worth the buy.
Also if you don’t have premium, there’s an add after every question completion. And it’s long.
Overall, 3 stars for the lack of access as a free option but I rated it 4. Theres lots of potential here for improvements and adding onto it.

  • Needs work!

This game is annoying!! Main reason is that no one can move forward until other person answers that part!! Like why can’t partner move forward with answering more questions instead of waiting for me to guess answers or whatever!!!

We have tried other apps and those apps allow him to answer all kind of questions and I then will follow up when I get the time.

But to make game useless until other person finds time do next step is ridiculous!! I have already canceled subscription until it advances its programming!!

  • Grinnin’

Just played the first two rounds with my fella, and I’m getting warmer. I like the premise. It unveils talking points and little surprised about your person. The responses could be a bit better thought out—not much in the way of uniqueness or variety—and there are times when you have to choose between either end of the spectrum bc there’s not a relevant happy medium available. But the option to leave a quick chat is a decent buffer for that issue. The app is a little clunky, navigation-wise, but I’ve only just begun using it…so perhaps I’m the clunky one. Haven’t purchased the package, but I’m about sold on it so far. Any chance of including autocorrect in the chat? Haha! Overall enjoying the app and it has the potential to be a hit with a bit more thoughtful and well-rounded development.

  • Please be more inclusive

A lot of the more critical reviews are complaining about paying for premium features- that isn’t my complaint here. I’ve spent more money on MUCH more useless features than this, and I think the app itself is a somewhat decent couple app, especially for long distance relationships.
    Here’s my complaint:
Answers and questions are changed based on your gender (me and my partner both noticed it pretty quickly and frequently), and on top of that there are only two gender options. It’s 2020, and a lot of people use “they” pronouns, or pronouns other than he or she. It feels very constricting playing the game. Please include more gender-neutral options, or even an “other/prefer not to say” option.

  • I like this game

Started playing and it’s actually a fun game. I am actually learning a lot more about my partner. Some of the responds at the beginning levels are meh, but I feel as the game goes on it is worth playing.

I do wish you couldn’t see your partner’s answer until you both have completed the level but besides that it’s definitely a good game. That unfortunately gives the other player an advantage because they can see what you think.

  • Best couple app

By far the best couples app to get to know one another on a deeper level. My fiancé and I have been together 6 years and what a lot of failing relationships don’t realize is that as the world changes around you within the years your together, but your changing as well. Not just maturing from age but foods, smells, one thing u use to like u might not anymore or vice versa. It’s important to continue to communicate with your partner no matter how well you think you know them. You know they weren’t when they said communication is key!

  • Fun for couples

My husband and I paid for the premium and it has been fun. We've been married for a while and have 3 kids so the first few "levels" were a little boring, but it got interesting quickly. We like that you can review the other person's answers, but reviewing the other person's answers to your answers is a little tedious. Being able to make up your own questions would be a fun addition! Overall this is a fun app for a couple.

  • Great while it lasted!

This was a blast to use between my wife and me, and definitely led to some surprises and deeper conversations that may not have otherwise come up. The app worked flawlessly for us. Very smooth and easy to navigate. Each question allows each person to add comments which was an excellent feature that we used often. It is limited in character length which was sometimes a bit frustrating but usually enough if we abbreviated comments. We also wish we could have seen all available choices for answers when looking at the history, for context. And sometimes multiple answers were very similar but worded differently, but all these are quite small grievances for an otherwise great app. I’m nit-picking here, perhaps just to offer feedback for future improvements. My biggest issue is that we’ve finished all 20 levels and are itching for more! We hope this will be updated frequently and would like to see a feature where users can submit questions and answers for the developers to consider or modify. Overall a great app.

  • Waste of time, more “free trial” than “free”

Started to enjoy this app, but would rather have a couple ads and have the option to pay for none or for exclusive content than to find out after three rounds of a couple questions the app becomes completely useless without paying for it. So I don’t know that you can decide to make some app purchases so much as you’ve just played a quick free trial of a paid app.

I might have given it more stars if I actually felt like I had played a game, or if there was some kind of heads up at the start screen telling me I get a few questions to see if you like it then plan on paying. What made me decide to delete this entirely was the “surprise!” you’re done here aspect of it.

    Waste. Of. Time.

  • Update ruined it

UPdate was the nail in the coffin for this game! The game is mediocre at best and repeats many questions, or wording didn’t make sense. Couldn’t log in after update, we both had to make new accounts. Okay, whatever that’s fine. Now the ads are 50x worse and you can only do 4 rounds before they want to charge you, it will not let you continue. I’ll just download a free game like this, this app is not worth paying for at all. Don’t waste your time even starting it. Deleting now...
