Not much use if I can’t log in

I constantly have to reset my password. After a week or so it tells me it’s wrong and I have to reset again. Try to reset on the app and it sends an email that never comes. After calling customers service like 12 times in a couple months I gave up. I might just close my account.

Password Always not working

Everytime I log into to this app, I am always greeted with a message telling me that my login credentials are wrong however I use Face ID. I have changed passwords multiple times yet I still run into the same issue. Please fix this.

Error opening app

Every time I open app I get an error message saying something went wrong. Click ok then have to click Face ID again and then it opens. Very frustrating!!
