This is the best VPN in comparison with creating your own. It is expensive but do use the coupon codes and ensure that you contact support for your questions. As other people said do not rush to conclusions and just give them a bad review. They are not a huge company, they are doing what they can in an industry of scammers and companies that just buying “Reviewers” and “influencers”. Beware the 7days refund
Before I travelled abroad, I bought this service and planned to use it when I am overseas. After a 3-days travel and a rest, I found this service did not work, the I requested to refund on the 8th day. I am fine if they denied my request, and I told them I would not be able to test the service immediately, but the customer service told me that “you had time to test it within the 7 days window”, stating it is your fault and why you could not test it.
