Your app needs to be updated most restaurants today allow the convenience off Apple instead of storing your credit card info in the app. I also found difficult to track my order with the app. I had to use the link from with the email.

We love the Glastonbury 99! Server Skylar is absolutely our favorite. She friendly professional and funny. Skylar always takes excellent care of us and remembers our favorite drinks and dinners we love. We go to that restaurant every Monday evening. Food is always hot like we like and delicious. This 99 and Skylar go above and beyond for us!

Wouldn’t order from here again even if I was paid to
First I need to say the app is horrible, it kept logging me out and glitching and wouldn’t let me pick up my order?! So after a 15 mins argument with the staff I finally got my order. The amount of food was more like for one when we ordered for a family of 3, and for $100!!!! Keep me far away from this place.

Great app
I love this restaurant and the app is just the frosting on top of the cake. We have enjoyed multiple rewards and the app has always worked well, tracking our visits and notifying us of rewards.
Old Fashioned
The restaurant is good, loved by many. The mobile app desperately needs improvements, the fact I have to notify my server with a code to enjoy rewards for dining please! Catch up with the times and re-vamp your technology.
Need to watch visits counted
Too many times I’ve had to message corporate because my visit wasn’t counted. We are not going to the 99 as often as a result.

I always get a great meal every time I go to any 99 restaurant. It’s always clean and very pleasant and professional.
The app is horrible!
I can’t use the app to order any more. Never works. Always “oh no!” message and you have to start over. This is EVERY time I try to use it. For months. Used to enjoy using the app but I guess I’ll order from somewhere else.

I would be much happier if you would put Pinot Grigio on happy hour! It costs the same as Chardonnay. Apple Bees has 1/2 priced bottles after 3:00 and all day Wednesday. Maybe look into it. Please & Thank you!
App doesn’t work for delivery
App used to work all the time but know am not able to order delivery says error has happened while entering address. If able to enter address while trying to submit order get please enter required information for curbside pickup.

Wish for Allergy Input
We like to order from the 99, but have to call always because there’s no room to put allergy info into the app or on the website. And sometimes, the phone goes unanswered, so the 99 loses money. Please put allergy info & customizations into the app and website!

The app itself would be nice if it worked properly. The main problem is that you have to re-log in every two seconds, and if you accidentally back out of a pickup or delivery order it will sign you out, delete your cart, and make you start all the way over again
App stopped working
Out of the blue every time I go to order it says I need to log back in again and gives out an error. I used the application for over a year with no problem. It is very frustrating and time consuming
Ability to save vehicle
Can you please add the option to save your vehicle information to your account so you don’t have to enter it every single time? Obviously there would also have to be an option the change it if you’re in a different car but I think most people are using the same vehicle every time.
