Disappointed

I purchased this app and convinced a friend to join. The first 2 weeks were good. At the end of the month I even exceeded my goal. Multiple times mid way through my first month I asked various technical questions about adding the app to my phone. There was replies from those participants and Joyce(the developer) when I stated those suggestions weren’t fixing the issue I was asked to send a screenshot to the developers email. She has yet to respond. After 3 weeks of no response I wrote on the general chat page my issue. No one responded! So I deleted the app. What a shame, frustrating and disappointing!

Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you encountered with our app. We genuinely value your feedback and are committed to addressing your concerns to improve our services. We would love a chance to make this right and would be happy to help try and troubleshoot your issues directly. Please email admin @ 99walks.fit and we will see if we cannot make things right.

Community Incentive with solo reward

What makes 99 walks effective is that walking alone doesn’t have to be. One could choose to walk with a team or other single by adding a walk you are making a short time commitment to complete just that walk. Over time your walks add up to the goal you set and a lovely bracelet with the monthly affirmations arrives at your door saying thank you for committing first to yourself, then to the team and always to walking. Great system, tell your friends

Love the product, app has issues

I really wish the company would invest more on the tech side of things, because the user interface is just so flawed. There’s a ton of great classes but you literally have to scroll through each one to see them all (even thought there are misleading “see all” buttons that don’t function). There’s no way to filter them, either. Class teachers are forever plugging the radio function and I haven’t once gotten it to work and so will get stuck mid-walk with no music because that particular class relies on the radio. That there’s no Apple Watch connection just seems Iike a messy oversight.

I’ll stick with it because the content is so, so good but please update this app to be functional. Even at 80%.

Saving my life

I am a type two diabetic with high cholesterol. I know I should eat right and excercise. I buy equipment, and gym memberships and go to classes and meeting but still even though I have literally thrown away hundreds or more like thousands of dollars it was not until 99 walks did I get off my Bum and start moving. 99 walks is saving my life one step at a time.
