Не работают самые главные кнопки

Не сильно понимаю, почему нельзя заплатить хорошему разработчику и увеличить тем самым свои продажи?! Кнопка «купить», «получить совет агента» и «оставить заявку» уползают вниз экрана и ими просто невозможно воспользоваться
