Open door

I absolutely love this app! Most of the times my hands are full and I’m searching for the card. Now I just use my phone and I can share with family members!! Great job

Would be helped by better instructions

The app is very useful but the Share Key option should be pointed out or highlighted in some way to make this feature more important

Incredibly annoying

We rented a house that used openkey and several of needed access to the front door lock. The lock kept getting messed up and having to be reset by the front offfice. Each time this was done we were stuck outside for half an hour or more. Idk if it was the apps fault of the management but either way it was an incredibly annoying

Not user friendly

This app did not allow me to update my phone number. I did this through the hotel. They said it would update on OpenKey and it did not. I want to update my account now, and I cannot access it because I have checked out. I was given a card key by the front desk, which worked fine. I find this service and app a useless waste of time.

Best Digital Key

Best digital key I’ve used during my travel. Really makes it easy to get in the room and can even share a key with my wife. Awesome app!

This place is awesome. Everything about it, beautiful view, nice clean, out of town. Will definitely stay here every time I’m in town.

Open key Newbie

Let’s just say that I’m wary of new and touted apps, particularly when I’ve never used it before and I’m forced to use it when I’m miles from home and I’m worn out after a long day’s drive.

If it continues to work all the way after the check-out process tomorrow morning, maybe, just maybe I’ll have nice things to say about it then.

In the meantime, don’t assume in advance that I’ll be capering with delight for having this new app thrown at me.

Convenient and easy to use

Wish more hotels used this. Easy setup with your phone number, can share on my own with other guests, and just works!

Very Easy and convenient

I love the ability to check in and get key without the hassle of going to front counter.
