  • Not a user friendly app

The app is trying, but falling short. WW app is much easier to use, has more foods in their directory & is more accurate. The links for recipes is also lacking. In one in particular, they "copied & paste-d" directions from a different recipe with different ingredients. It made no sense at all. Seems like it's a part-time endeavor with part-time tech support

We really don’t want me to rate that experience.
  • PiaRebecca

Won’t let me enter items, duplicate questions, duplicate enrollment?

The scale is great but can’t sync it to the I- phone HELP. !!!!!!!!

  • Registering food is very difficult but I’m still learning

    Hopefully it will get easier
  • Brooks plans

The format is absolutely wonderful, informative and easy to use. It’s a perfect way to keep track of all statistics while trying to eat healthy, lose weight and either stay or get in shape.
  • Brooks app review

App does a good job integrating weight and calorie counter for foods. Needs to better integrate calories/ points for activities besides walking. I like the tracking against others in group for steps other activities/ points could be integrated by selecting exercises completed. Also, it appears that tracking may be limited to Patti ants with Apple Watch. This would allow more members to participate.

  • Lost 35 lbs in 7 months

I got the Brooke app on a whim because it was free from my health insurance. I toyed around trying to loose weight off and on for 20 years never committed to anything. When I started using Brooke I weighed 215 lbs. At 67 years old I wanted to try to get back in shape. So I sent a goal of 180 lbs. Brooke is not a diet but a gradual lifestyle change. You can eat anything you want but you have to stay within the daily calories allowed. By logging in your meals and exercise you will see what foods and amount of exercise work best. In 7 months after weighing in every day, logging my meals and snacks, drinking at least the recommended water, walking, and conversing with my coach I reached my goal. Today I fluctuate around 180 lbs give or take 3 lbs. I would recommend the Brooke approach to weight loss to anyone wanting to loose weight.

  • Logging food

I love the information the coaches offer on Brooks+. I haven’t been logging food very often. I find the system used on Brooks+ very cumbersome. I also downloaded My Fitness Pal and usually input my food there. It is so much easier and quicker.
