I don’t know if this is a new company. But I just got Metro net Internet the other day. So far the service is flawless. But the app is a steaming dumpster fire. As of right now, June 2024, the app will not allow me to login with my credentials. Just like everybody else has reviews on here. Some kind of weird bug or something that the programmers need to work out. So in the meantime, I have to go to old school and pay the bill on the website. That really stinks. Shame.

Cannot Log In
The app worked only once - after that, I cannot log in. That makes it useless and a waste of space and time.
Pretty sure they aren’t even real
Had a lot of trouble with them, just don’t take any sort of free trial with them.

Can’t sign in
Would rate higher but it won’t let me log in. My details are correct - I sign in on portal just fine. And I can’t try again cause it says they’ll lock my account. Makes no sense.
