Pay to play
You get four fights before you have to wait hours to use the characters again. Getting more or upgrading characters takes money (since you can’t grind) so it really is a pay to play game. Unless you want to pay $10-$20 a day there’s no point in playing.

Omg after last update the game became just worst, now its to expensive to play for working class, developers greed dont have any limits and its sad.

New update
The new update is absolutely trash. I wanted to give zero stars but couldn’t. It makes the game lag all the time, the game keeps reconnecting to the server and disconnecting. The new update is simply not done well to be supported by these phones....
Terrible customer service
There are glitches in this game which is fine. However, when you spend money, you expect customer service to compensate you for the loss. Terrible excuses to why they wouldn’t help compensate a small amount. Not even asking for real money Just what is realistically fair. Excuse after excuse and no apologies. Basically they won’t do anything to right a wrong or apologize for the glitches. All they want is money and won’t try and fix the problem. They just say “ it’s something on your side”. Then why haven’t I ever had a problem with another game? Watch out if you spend money. They don’t care

No sense of progression.
Horrible game. The game play is ok, but there is no real sense of progression. You get better cards, only to find that you are up against harder opponents. Completely defeats the purpose of getting better cards. This is a fail for me.

Game is good,support sucks.......game constantly disconnects in middle of battle costing you win and gold.....money! They keep telling me its on my side but it isn’t I can play other games,Facebook,Twitter etc etc I’m on an I pod air fibre optic high speed connection ! Nothing running in back ground,they fixed the one bug with the update but created a worse problem by frequently now disconnects during battles

Every Update Makes the Game Worse ...
Game was fun. Then it became where you have to spend hours grinding away at the game to stay competitive with the pay-to-play players or you have to start sinking lots of money into the game just to survive. If you don’t, your game progression pretty much stalls. Anytime you cringe and wonder how did they mess the game up now, and it is more than likely more ways to spend money. Every update has become, “What new exciting features are they asking for us to pay for now so we can at least hold our own with the big spenders?” They are effectively killing the game for the ones that have lives outside of gaming and don’t sink too much money into games. The update with the First Mate feature saw a lot of people leave the game. The most recent update has made the game play ridiculous. The lower level weaker cards are easily defeating higher leveled and buffed cards. And you can’t play when every round the enemy is dodging and healing and using their special attacks every round. And support pretty much always dismissive and not helpful. The only reason I am still playing is because of all the money I have put into this game. I’m curious to see how much more dead it becomes.

Would give less than 1 star
Well the game was fun at first but you have to pay to win or better yet, pay just to stay competitive. I get it, this is about making money. But it is ridiculous when your clan is put in a league of nine clans and there is one that is the top clan and you don’t have even the slightest chance of surviving any attacks. Here’s a tip for the developers - when you auto shuffle the leagues make them more fair for every clan meaning the top clans with 40-50 million power are in the same league grouping. Then it is competitive. Not a 50 million power clan in with 8 other 2-3 million power clans. I personally would never throw money into the game because it is just that, throwing it away. I know this won’t get read by developers but had to say it cause everyone else is thinking it.

It Was Fun
However, I’ve spent some money on this game to buy chests, heroes and upgrade heroes. What I have discovered is that despite purchasing Epic and Legendary chests which they tell you has a high probability of receiving legendary and epic cards and a very low probability of receiving common or uncommon, I have received common or uncommon cards on those purchases easily 14 out of 15 times.
