I’m finding this remote really good although 2 critical problems DON’T swipe left 3 times as you’re asked for a premium upgrade then you can’t get back into the actual normal “ control” without deleting it and re installing it and it seems to freeze quite often. But for a quick fix to our controller being broken was a good fix!Show lessbeebnez
Bug found
There is a bug with the pro version. When the app is open, but running in background, when i want to use it again i open the app but i have to swipe either left or right (to the other controllers) and then back, to jolt the app into functioning again. Becoming frustrating. Would give 5 stars when this is fixed.

No connection
Suddenly the app is not connecting to tv for no known reason. Working on iphone but not iPad. Really like this app so disappointed now.Maggiej10

Works but, and this is the crucial but, you have to have the supplied remote control to turn on the TV as, when on standby, it disconnects itself from the network. I have tried wireless and wired connections and when in standby the network connection is disabled so pretty much useless app really. Still need the physical remote so don’t lose it.Show lessbgdouvddchh
Worth the money
I downloaded the app because I keep misplacing the original remote and I also wanted a keyboard for searching titles on various streaming services.
Unfortunately, the keyboard only works with LG’s web browser. However, having a track pad makes it easier to use the on screen keyboard for streaming apps.
This app uses your WiFi (make sure it’s the same network) to connect to your TV of choice. The one thing I don’t like about this app is it can take some time to connect to the tv. This gets really annoying especially when your phone locks & you have to reconnect again.
That said, I ended up getting the pro version because I know a pack of AA batteries cost more than the app. It also unlocks the keyboard & track pad functions.

App control
I sometimes need to switch between first and second screen to unpause the tv when controlling Netflix. This is a bit clunky and not what I expect from this appsf244939
Garbage
I paid for the pro version and this app is the worst piece of garbage I’ve ever purchased. It freezes , loses connection every time you change screens on your mobile device. When it connects you have to scroll sideways to another screen to connect. Worst app everBigjocks78
Great
Love the app. It’s a great remote especially cause my Nana’s dog demolished the remote so I looked for some apps and this came up it’s great the only issue I have with this is I have to pay for no full screen ads. I know I may sound stupid but it can be annoying. Thanks for making this amazing remote app.Show lessfirephoenix2007
I love this app but..
I love everything about this app apart from the fact that I have to totally shut the app down every time I want to use it.
So I use it, lock my phone then when I want to use it again I have to shut it down and reload app, Other than that it’s brilliantLinzi-pole-pops
Needs fixing
The app works perfect with the full version until you lock your iPhone and then unlock to use app again..
You need to close the app and re open each time in order to get any response which is not very user friendly
Please fix this issue or I will request my payment backBrimblebear
