Hi miketrehy, we apologise that our mobile app hasn't worked for you in this instance. I just wanted to double check that you're a user of MYOB Advanced ERP not an MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Essentials user? If you are an MYOB Advanced user, you should be able to access the app by downloading the latest version. If you are an MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Essentials user, we recommend heading to their product's mobile app page MYOB Invoices and you should be able to access the app. Apologises for any confusion. You do need to be an MYOB Advanced ERP user with login details to access the app. If you do have login details, you should be able to access the app by downloading the latest version.
