Terrible

Worst app Iโ€™ve have used, only use cause employer makes me, absolutely terrible

Inventory

Canโ€™t view inventory items via the app, so itโ€™s pretty useless for me as I need to know how many of a particular item I have in stock when doing a quote.

Okay once you can get in

Some users outside of Australia experienced issues getting onto the app which unfortunately creates bad first impression for those users. Once logged in, relatively easy to use, good camera technology for taking pictures of receipts and real time updates to the desktop / cloud environment.

Login difficulties

Just making decision which accounting software to choose. This one unfortunately end up like worse right on the beginning.
Canโ€™t login to mobile version. Connection with bank taking time as well compare to competition.

Non-functional

If your account has 2FA enabled with a full email address login it simply doesnโ€™t work. It wonโ€™t allow you to login, claiming the username/password is wrong.

Any chance of making this work in larger format on an iPad? Not exactly on the road/user friendly

I just wanted to double check that you're a user of MYOB Advanced ERP not an MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Essentials user? If you are an MYOB Advanced user, you should be able to access the app by downloading the latest version. If you are an MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Essentials user, we recommend heading to their product's mobile app page MYOB Invoices and you should be able to access the app. Apologises for any confusion. weird ?

i dont understand it - it should link to a my.myob and pick the ledger i want. does it work with account right plus? not enough detail and not self enabling

Don't get it. U need an account before even you install the app. And the account is not for MYOB
