Hi Rubyuan, we apologise for having trouble logging into the Advanced ERP mobile application. If you are an Advanced ERP user, by downloading the latest version of the app you should be able to access the application. There has been some confusion with the Advanced ERP app and MYOB AccountRight and MYOB Essentials app. If you are a user of these two products, we recommend going to their app store page MYOB Invoices. I just wanted to check to see if you're a user of Advanced ERP, not an MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Essentials user? If you are an MYOB AR or Essentials user, we apologise for the confusion caused and we recommend going to the MYOB Invoices app in the store to access these products mobile applications. Hi Pedroelperro, we're sorry that you have experienced issues accessing the MYOB Advanced mobile app. There has been some confusion with the Advanced ERP app and MYOB AccountRight and MYOB Essentials mobile app, so if you're trying to access these products' app, you can find it by searching for MYOB Invoices in the app store. I just wanted to make sure that you're a user of Advanced ERP not an MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Essentials user? If you are a MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Essentials user, I recommend jumping over to their product's mobile app page MYOB Invoices to access the latest version.
