Pending Reservations don’t help me plan
What’s the point of a marina showing they ha e availability bit after going through the process of booking it tells me the reservation is only pending and will take them 24 hours to respond? It is the year 2924 and this is an app and things tend to be automated. So t understand that is so less has a marina on their now monopolistic website then why can’t I plan a trip and count on a reservation.

Not connected with Calendar
The app works well, but it has a huge problem. When you make a reservation, it never populates your calendar. Therefore, I, and several other people have believe they’ve had made reservations because they manually put the reservations in their own calendar, but for some reason, it was never confirmed with Dockwa. When it comes to marinas, you might often have to make many many reservations at once, and I saw a family yesterday they had to leave our marina because they thought they had a reservation made through your app, but they didn’t.

It’s Dockwa For Me!
Dockwa is much easier to manage my marina relationships than the old way. Insurance, registration and contracts are all kept tidy and secure in the Dockwa app. Scheduling is easier too—just choose the marina you want, check slip availability and click! My home marina even uses it for routine purchases, so there’s no need to hunt down my credit card when buying fuel—my boat registration enables my purchase at the fuel dock! It’s hard to imagine going back to the old way of doing things. It’s Dockwa for me!

Easy to use software. & prompt responses
We have use Dockwa for four years and have always been happy with the ease of use of the App as well as the prompt responses from both Dockwa & the associated marinas/mooring. Even when our request couldn’t be fulfilled the prompt resonse has allowed us to find alternatives.

Makes Finding & Booking A Marina Easy
Good, detailed, accurate information about marinas. Once a member of DockWa, booking a reservation is easy,
Great reservation system
The system has worked great for reservations at marinas and moorings around our bay. We are looking forward the new addition of the Safe Harbor membership component, however the system is popping an error when submitting our membership information “Error Verifying Safe Harbor Membership could not verify Safe Harbor Membership id (404)”. We had someone else try their info on their app and the same error occurred.

Everything works perfect with this app! I did have one problem and sent in a support email. So often you feel you will never hear back. They replied, fixed the problem and then followed up to be sure all was working for me.

Game Changer
I’ve grown to depend on Dockwa more and more over the past 4 years. It’s is a seamless way to reserve transient slips and moorings. I sail out of Boston and use this for the Harbor Island moorings and when we take weekend or weeklong trips around New England. Every year more and more marinas and Harbormasters are using this as their reservation system. I’m leaving in two days to head down to Buzzards Bay, Islands, and Rhodes Island and have used the app for everywhere that requires a reservation. My one improvement would be for more marinas to black out dates that are unavailable. Some will black it out as unavailable. Most you can make the request and need to wait to hear back. Love the app. I hear this was developed by volunteers. Let’s just say you’re underpaid! Thanks.
