  • Offline Nav does not work

I have the US maps downloaded, but the app will not work offline. When turned on it says, “internet connection cannot be established.” I use Bad Elf Pro for GPS.
  • Spot on

Only started using this app about a week ago….. but so far it’s been spot on. Love the fact that you can tel it what you are driving and it tailors your route based on what you’re driving. Pretty cool wish I knew about it sooner
  • Slow and confusing

The tittle says it all, very slow response time and counterintuitive app navigation, one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to work with, I don’t know how this is the number one app for truck drivers as they claim to be.
  • Huh

I don’t have any idea how it works. It just keeps showing me a map of DC. I I’m in Baltimore eh it’s kinda close.
  • I needs a gps all it want to do is download maps I downloaded

When I need it to work, it only want to download maps. No way to exit and go to the GPS. One more problem..
  • Awesome

Love this app, hands down the best I’ve found so far
  • Needs carplay compatibility

Please please please make this app compatible with car play please. And thank you the rest of the app works fantastic!!
  • I like it but…….

    1) Speeds are almost always wrong (US midwest, highway and Interstate)

    2) It says cities i deliver to don’t exist. Gowrie, Iowa for example. Leaving from Albert Lea, heading to Gowrie, it said it didn’t exist. When I got within 50 miles or so, it discovered Gowrie, but couldn’t find a corn/soy plant you can see from space, even with the address.

    3) Heading to the Stockyards in Saint Joseph, MO (exit 5 I think), from Sioux City, Iowa, it wanted me to take surface streets instead of the truck route where all the plants are located.

As others have said, I ran it alongside Google (not my first choice, but unfortunately still the most accurate), and I have discovered that there is not a chance I’m going to dump money into this app unless these errors and deficiencies are corrected. I cannot afford to be sent down the wrong road. A lot of roads, whether they’re marked or not, are simply not compatible with 18 wheelers. I can get stuck and not be able to get out, get fined, or find myself on a road with a bridge or section that doesn’t support my weight.

I do like the graphics and the interface, though the search function needs to be updated; it is absurdly difficult to use, and not in anyway intuitive. Until these issues are addressed, there’s no way that I can be comfortable making it my primary application.

  • Zero support. No CarPlay as advertised.

Customer / tech support is non existent. Have filed multiple support requests and emailed the address found in response to other reviews. No response from developer.
  • Got to do a better job

They are not keeping up with the changing of the exit numbers in most areas from the old to the new mile marker way of life. As well as keeping up with 911 changes in address, they have my location a 17 / 18 when it’s actually number 6 and has been for five years
