  • Cool idea I had

For a potential update I would like to see Fortifications and raids to the game.
How could this work. For Fortifications you could click/tap on a allied base Say Scapa Flow for example and a button would appear Called “Fortifications” where you can add Fortifications like artillery and sunken ships For renown. For Raids if you click/tap On an Enemy Base A button could appear called “Raid” where you can select Warships to be used. If you want for renown You can Modify the selected ships with Explosives or Raked Funnels. When You hit a button Called “Send Raid” it could function like An ordinary Battle But with objectives. For ships with explosives there could be a option to explode the ship destroying the target (A dry dock For example). That’s about it and if you read this far thank you.

  • No balance between player & AI

Now this game is fun but if has some really inconsistent gameplay, the AI don’t have to play by the point system & the fleet limit system, allowing the AI to mindlessly pump out U-boats that flood the entire map and makes any gameplay as the British really unpleasant really quickly! Also, the player can’t use any ports in Africa even though historically the UK were able to use numerous French & Canadian ports, it really makes the overall experience feel more so as a German victory simulator, it is super easy to get overwhelmed and and the player can’t really do anything to stop it since the player can’t effectively prevent the AI from flooding the map with U-Boats & destroyers. It would be cool that if you have Britain’s bar down by half they would surrender when France fell, and it would be cool if a smoke effect was added to the funnels of ships for a more realistic feel, or maybe ships can by chance, split in half when sinking via exploding, overall the game isn’t that bad, just needs some improvements to its balancing/AI, and the inconsistent damage, because sometimes a single torpedo could hit my British battleship and the battleship would sink to that one torpedo even though it hit in the center, the most armored part of the ship.

  • Suggestion for a new game

Since I don’t know anywhere else to go I suggest a new game like your ww2 fleet series but situated from 1970 to 2023 so we can have a modern ship battles and carrier task forces etc please consider it I beg you

  • 1324

If it's more cheaper, it will be more better
  • How about sandbox mode?

Great game. Much better than the companion Pacific Fleet. You could probably entice more to buy it if you built in a sandbox mode. Enable players to set up various scenarios and then play them out with gameplay similar to Campaign mode in Atlantic Fleet. I’d give you six stars for that! Sandbox might even warrant a separate release. Not sure if there would be enough in it to induce me to pay up again, that would depend on the features.

  • Showing it’s age

Have played this for years and really enjoyed it, but it badly needs updating as just tried playing on iPad Pro 16.3.1 and couldn’t get any sound at all out of it. Also camera/binocular scrolls are too fast even with settings turned down. Might have to put it on ice or find a newer game by same dev as this has always been a go-to as far as I’m concerned :D

  • Lvl 40 in campaign glitches out after about 15 mins of game play

This game is by far the best naval or warfare tyoe game I’ve played so much so I bought the real version 10$ that’s why this is a huge issue to me I can not go past level 40 I am solidly smashing the enemy and everytime at the same precise point in the game a merchant ship makes its groups turn which should take it to me turn but it locks up everytime like this I can not find a button to reach support so at this point if I don’t get a message back on a fix I’ll be requesting a refund for what I find as one of the best naval war games I’ve ever played again so much I spent real cash to buy it I never do that I spend in game but never buy games please help me with this issue I would prefer you all keep the money make better games so I can keep buying them but only if they work

  • Super game

I play this a lot, it is excellent on so many levels. Having said that, I do find some aspects a bit annoying; Enemy ships which can perform almost handbrake turns and go from 35kts to full astern instantly. No big deal though, I love it - it would be great if the developers tweaked it or worked up a Cold War version.

  • No fan of turn based games.

Not a fan of turn based games, so was more than a little surprised at how much I’ve enjoyed this.

Was looking for a warship game that wasn’t an online competitive team battles sim for when I’m at work, this hits the spot. Rather than the worry about going AFK, I can just pause it in mid battle, and come back to it when the boss disappears again.

I play WOWL religiously when at home, and looks likely this will be my warship fix at work. Fun battles, surprising explosions and interesting sinking mechanics that are fun to watch, helped by having some of my favourite warships like Hood and Bismarck.

    5 stars

Will we one day get a World Fleet??
