No updates
I’ve had tamayaz card for more than 4 years and I have never received an SMS. The application also does not give me any notifications of any promotion. So how will I know?!!! It’s very frustrating.ummzarinah

It works when it feel like it , I couldn’t change any infos about my card neither delete my account as I was hoping to add a new card to it as the old one was gone missing on me .Charlamontie

Very outdated app!
App is very basic does and developer need to spend time understanding how the shopper behave and want. Was placing an order and gave me an error then tried again again gave me the same error. I dropped it then found out that i have 3 pending order on my account. Tried to cancel the wrong ones i couldn’t and to be honest i am not a phone guy therefore order will be delivered and rejected. Very slow service
App not updating all items, cant perchase nencessary items.. very slow and contradicting the point of online shopping, if people can wait till tomorrow they can drive themselves to union coop no need for app!Maitha_H
Change the developer name
Change the developer name, you are a professional organization you should have your own name and developer team under your name, it shows (Aiman Otham) with respect to the name of the person but an organization like Union Co-op they should have their own name like the other companies and facilities here in UAE, in addition to that fix the crashes and other problems in the application.Show lessK10UAE
