    I have the yoo 2 device. It fits in your pocket comfortably and comes in cute colors. The battery is hard to change, but yoo support was super helpful. It took me a couple tries to get my device synced. But once my phone recognized the new Bluetooth device I was good to go. The app is easy to use and the challenges are very motivating. Yoo definitely encourages me to be more active and to walk more.

  • No complaints

    I was shopping around for a fitness watch and stumbled across the YooRx as it was being offered through my insurance company. I didn't want to spend over $100 and wanted something that could track sleep, activity, and notify me of calls/texts/etc. and of course function as a watch. YooRx did all that plus it has a LONG battery life and the customer service has been great. I learned you could sync other apps (specifically UA's MapMyRide) with Yoo app but had trouble. Contacted Yoo support and received a prompt answer. On top of all that, I had an issue with the watch not working properly. Contacted Yoo support again and received a prompt reply and ended up having a replacement sent at no charge. Couldn't be happier I stumbled across this watch.

  • I couldn't be happier!

    My mom got me a Yoo1 for Christmas and every time I tried to sync it, the app would crash. So I emailed customer service to get some help and they informed me that Yoo1 was no longer compatible with the app. So they sent me a Yoo2 for free including shipping! I got my Yoo2 yesterday and it's working great! I haven't had any problems with the app or syncing. I am looking forward to starting my new fitness challenges!

  • Disappointed

    I was really hoping the app would work but crashes every time I press sync. Not sure why you would sell the product without a functioning app.
  • Needs fixed

    Every time I push the "sync device" button it automatically goes to my home screen. They definitely need to fix this because I am not able to connect my tracker to my phone. Very disappointed.
  • Works like a dream

    I was in the market for a fitness device and when my insurance offered the YOOrx, I purchase one. I am beyond thrilled with it! It is easy to program, sync and also set goals, which many people need to get their daily workout activity competed. I had a couple of setup questions and their customer support went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to fully utilize the device and it's application. Highly recommend it over those over other fitness wannabes!

    I love my YOO2!! So fun and easy to use!! I love trying to do better than the day before!! I'm actually enjoying walking!! You can set the goals to what is appropriate for your level!! Really happy with this little gadget!! Btw they have the best customer service ever!!

    this isnt really a review its more of a help me kind of thing. I have the yoo mini wireless tracker thing, anyways mine is the one that does not have a screen, (im new to this) so maybe they all dont have screens, i dont know. well my question is how do i get it to sync with my phone i have the app and i habe my brightness all the way up and all that, it starts the process of syncing and then almost immediatly freezes, (at least thats how it seems) can anyone give me some guidance, sorry for this post being hard to follow, im a scatter brain! TIA from, a new Yoo fitness + user.

  • Great Surprise!!!

    I was super excited to use my new Yoo1 when I got it but it wasn't syncing with my phone properly. I contacted customer support via email and within minutes they replied and my problem was resolved. I thought they were just going to walk me through on how to fix it but i was offered a replacement Yoo tracker. Turns out the Yoo1 is an old model and they were able to upgrade me to the Yoo2. It works simply for what I want to use it for. I don't wear wristbands/watches and I love that it's small and I can clip it in discreet places. This app is also user friendly. Thank you for taking care of my situation!!

  • Not able to sync

    I have tried different ways of contacting customer service and haven't had a single response. I purchased the device 4 days ago and haven't been able to sync it to my iPhone 5. Don't waste your money in this. All they care about is the money coming in and not about their customers.
