Not impressed
I don’t use this app often for several reasons.
1 - not in real time for logs!
2 - checking messages requires a good 5 minutes of scrolling to get to new messages
The only thing that really works is sending messages to dispatch! Of course after scrolling 5 minutes to get to new messages!Catbash
Peoplenet is complicated
It need to more simplified regarding design and use ,,
Peoplenet dont have ease of use, and rather than design and stuff If simple math would be more helpful
For experience purpose if peoplenet team can use keep trucking it would help themWfgjkhan

Error
The app displays your time wrong. It shows all your time on the day before you really worked it. I was off all day Sunday 12/9 and worked 11:17 on 12/10 Monday. The terminal in the truck is right. The app shows I worked 11:17 on Sunday 12/9 and off Saturday 12/8.frustrated-driver
Needs improvement
It’s great that we have this app but it lags in real time, for instance. When I go to break or whatever I’m doing it doesn’t allow me to check how much time have I eaten up or have left on my 30 minute break. Also, when I reply to my dispatcher for some reason they don’t get it. I want this app to be able to communicate with our company and be in real time with our actual PeopleNet devices that in our commercial truck.

What’s this app for.
I thought one could see their route at home before you go to work. I know my trips were delivered to PeopleNet in my truck yet they didn’t reach this app. Also, if I go on to look at my trips at home it’ll keep my logged in and my hours will be gone the next day. I would think the app should be able to know that I’m helping my trips at home the night before and the truck is all quiet and parked with the key off for the night 20 miles away.Show lessandy8803

Complete crap. I’ve been on duty for 6-1/2 hrs. It won’t update from the desk top or the in cab unit. Shows me going on duty, that’s it. No pre trip, no mileage, no off duty time nothing. I’ve left the yard, delivered, waited for a repair, driven again, delivered again. Yet the app still will only show the log in 6-1/2 hrs ago. Nothing beyond that and no way to refresh.Show lesspnet-app-is-crap
Lag time
It’s great for the messages and load info, but the HOS seems like it don’t stay up to date with the truck. Other than that not a bad app.DennisH125
Buggy piece of crap
Can't get a message typed in without this thing either spontaneously cancelling or engaging the safe mode while completely stationary. Does it again and again. Absolute garbage.Lorazia
Much potential
This app has so much potential.
If only it allowed full use of all the elog features. Unfortunately the information it does provide isn't very useful. A countdown to the thirty minute break would be nice. Full access to company forms would be too. Basically it's a quick dashboard. Since the Blu platform is so awful, this would have made using it way more enjoyable and intuitive but not as it currently stands. If your company doesn't subscribe to messaging features then you can't Use that either.Show lessFishtire76
