This app is absolutely horrible, does not work with iphone and ive missed multiple loads because there is no notifications. Support is non existent and they just dont careBullman161

Peoplenet is for quite time enjoyng their early success and wide enogh clieture. Time changed. Applications like KeepTrucking are way ahead now with their abundence of features, simplicity and easy to adapt user interface. I had a chance to use it for couple months and cannot praise it more. No need for all those bulky and dadly slow units than distract driver's eyes most of the time. Everyone is using their phones now and this all one needs to have reliable ELD in their trucks. Minimum distraction, maximum safety. It's long due time for you Peoplenet to create a reliable ELD Phone/Pad application and have only tiny bluetooth connector with the truck's computer aka KeepTrucking to keep us drivers safely do our job.Show lesswanderborn
Used to be a better app
17 Jan 2022 This used to be a better app. You used to be able to get alerts, change your duty status, among other things. Now you can’t do any of those things. In the past couple of weeks, I’ve had to delete and reinstall it twice, after opening it and getting the spinning wheel of death. I hope my company goes back to using Qualcomm. I had so much hope for Peoplenet.

I really dislike using the god forsaken app. Every little thing is such a nuisance. Please fix this garbage soon. I literally have no other option. So I have to continue to suffer.terrifierjr
How long does it take to make an app work!?
I have been using this app for a couple of years and I swear it worked better before the “improvements!” I never get notifications of new messages! Viewing messages is inefficient! The app doesn’t show any load information! The keyboard function has to be the worst part of the whole app! You can not see what you’re typing as your typing, you can not move the cursor around to change anything with any kind of accuracy! This app clearly is not a priority to peoplenet!

The keyboard still covers the text input field.
Sync between app and log varies from a few minutes to days at times.Mushroom1960
Useless
With the exception of the driver log graphs the app does not mimic the in truck system in anyway. I completed a reset yesterday and the app still shows 0 drive hours available.
Does not:
show trips,
sync messages,
have pre trip/post trip abilities
have any duty status other than off and on
allow you to retrieve logs
messaging doesn’t work.
Let’s you view log graphs and that’s all. Don’t get excited just because it’s on the APP Store.Show lessCedwayne
