This could be a great app but there are many issues that people are commenting about. If you are ending the app just do it already. If not fix it.Anne Marie C
App Needs Work
It's nice to have the app so I can take my phone into the scale house or hand it to an officer to present my logbook during an inspection.
However, both this app and the peoplenet receiver in my truck have so far displayed the wrong "drivetime available" and "70-hour duty cycle available" 100% of the time (Always says 0). Thusly, without manually calculating my log, I have no idea how many driving/on duty hours I currently have at a glance.
Because of this, most other elogging systems run circles around peoplenet simply for the fact that they function at a basic level.
Thankfully, I do the same route every day and have my log on lockdown, but peoplenet would drive me absolutely bonkers if I had to do OTR with it.Show lessTheMattrix
App does not give notifications on cellphone
This is the only app on my cellphone that doesn’t give notifications. Tried every login/logout tactic for it and the monitor. Nothing works. Settings are on and everything. They need to updateajavon0
Same problems AGAIN, different day
Once again:
1) We no longer receive notifications AGAIN.
2) Can’t compose messages AGAIN. (text box disappears when tapping on it)

What is wrong with that?!!!
After one update the message section got keyboard covering the text section. They fix that after a couple of months. But guess what - next update bring the problem back. Just to know - message section is the ONLY USEFUL PART of this app. But not it is ruined too.МаксКанадец

Stopped getting notifications
I like how I can get messages while out of the truck. It used to ding my phone. But now I have no idea if I have had a message come thru or not. Please fix this issue. I have had other drivers say that it doesn’t notify them as well so it’s not my phone.Esgordon

There is always something wrong with this app you can’t even use the keyboard because you cannot see the text line don’t know what’s going on with this thing always always has some kind of problemstyson-joe
Can't even use it anymore on my iPhone 7...
I did the update and I entered my credentials. I can't even tap the link button anymore as the on screen keyboard covers the buttons. The only way was for me to use an external keyboard and enter my credentials. Would give 5 stars if this would be fixed.
I have noticed there is a way to change your HOS rules set though which is a welcome change.Show lessDannoManno79

Why do I need to give my personal email to another data collection app?? Company ID and driver number is all it should need. Can’t wait until end of the year when our entire fleet migrates over to the newer and more user friendly platform!!Ronnieam
