The App is Worthless
11 years ago people were saying the app is worthless so they clearly have had time to fix it. I can’t even open the app! I just get a message that says “ERROR Unable to create account. Please try again at a later time” but I’ve been getting the same message for days. The QR code on the box doesn’t even work. I’m not sure how this company is still in business.

This app doesn’t collect your data!!!!
It’s dated, a little rough around the edges, but it works reliably. You can sign in as “guest” and turn off cellular connectivity and it still works!
It will send your BP data to the Apple health app where it’s integrated with a lot of other metrics such as exercises, sleep, heart, respiratory health etc. You are in control of your data and who it gets shared with!!!! 😃

Account management no longer working.
Don’t Download
Waste of time and useless! Doesn’t even have the right scale that was sent to me from my weight management team, and it won’t let me create an account. Keeps saying “try again later” that’s annoying when I keep trying and nothing works. Don’t waste ur time or ur patience on this stupid app. 💯

I downloaded app right now, started to set up an account, and then a pop-up message box said that they were moving info collection to another app.
Horrible app
I’ve been using this blood pressure monitor for a while, and while the device itself is solid and provides reliable readings, the app has been a major disappointment. The app is hard to navigate, and it’s difficult to track or see previous readings from the day—despite taking multiple readings, I can only view the last one. This is a long-standing issue, as I’ve seen complaints about this problem dating back at least 5 years. It’s really frustrating that such a simple feature hasn’t been addressed in all this time. Looks like they don’t take their customers review’s seriously.
Overall, while the monitor works fine, the app still needs serious attention to make it more functional and user-friendly.

Really dissatisfied and disappointed
First of all, the app won’t even work for me because it will not pair. And trust me, I’ve tried the instructions and googled but nothing has worked. I hope this problem will be resolved and I will be notified of when it’s fixed, or even notified further on things to try in hope that this app will start working.

Doesn’t Work with Newer Products
The scale (450BLE) isn’t even an option to synch. Absolutely ridiculous.
App needs serious update
App hasn’t been updated for 2 years and even the last update didn’t update for newer phone sizes. Surprised they’re still selling - thought maybe it was an abandoned product and that I’d need to start looking for a replacement.

Unable to sync with iPhone
When I first bought and set up the blood pressure monitor and app they synced and would show all readings, however now the app isn’t synching with the machine. Disappointing.

Bluetooth problem
Consistent problem to keep bluetooth connection. Once paired, the device turn off and disconnect from bluetooth. Does not keep Bluetooth connection when I try to get my blood pressure just after pairing the device. I use iPhone 11 Pro.
