Darn Awful
Can’t open my account settings lol, can barely open other pages on the app. Olo is a big company with giant clients, how can they not make a good app??

Crashes and freezes phone severely
Do NOT get this app. Order on computer instead. My iPhone just freezes and crashes when I make an order.

They were so slow they just looked at me and didn’t help they took other people order and I had a pickup waiting there patiently while others where standing there also I didn’t get the right things I wanted and they almost forgot my drink and asked if I had one when it’s clearly a combo meal was a very terrible experience and need more training to do never had a really bad experience until now with this restaurant. Very disappointed….

Impossible to do literally anything
I’ve created an account because it wasn’t showing a thing but it still didn’t work. Was asking for location I entered and still nothing I just wanted to check out the menu but it wouldn’t let me. So I deleted the account right away. The worst app ever!!!

The app tells me I can’t order because there are no restaurants near me. I put the address in of the actual restaurant and it still told me there are no restaurants near that address. Complete waste of my time. Guess I’ll order from somewhere else that can actually recognize their own address.
Not Really Ready
When I went looking for a map of locations for trip planning purposes, it asked me for the state. I entered the relevant US state (oddly, nothing about Canada) and only one location displayed. There are several locations in the state. That’s not good.
No online ordering available
There are at least 4 locations near me. Only ONE of them can be found on this app.
Not much of an app
I use an app for deals and regular special coupons. There’s nothing in this app—it’s useless. I’m deleting it.
Doesn’t work
Have an A&W right down the road. Can’t find and can’t event view a menu. Waste!

I’m in Ontario and I can’t find app to download in Canada A&w
No online ordering
The only A&W in my area does not take online orders. They have QR codes in the restaurant saying to order online. Not that big of a deal for me. Just wish they had a rewards program.

Yea it is garbage. They done have their own sign in so you have to use 3rd party like Facebook & google. After entering my location (zip) & just trying to create an order it gets stuck…..uninstalling
Be careful-pricing error
The price for a single patty hamburger is double what it should be on the Apple app. Says it will be $3.69 but when added to the order it doubles to $7.38.
Embarrassing
To have as many restaurants as A&W has and this is the best you can come up with? It may be time for another new CEO.

Theres so many things you could do to make this app better but the real problem is it’s really not that far from the ground to begin with and they’re super behind considering how competitive the restaurant industry is.

App is not working!
First visit
This was my first visit and it did not disappoint! Order made to perfection and it is absolutely delicious!
Can only order a combo
Tried to order a single hamburger & RB float. Couldn’t get the price of just the burger to reflect the amount shown on the app. No matter what we tried it was (2x) for a single patty burger (quantity of 1)
Have to drive to (or call) the restaurant to order if you don’t want a combo.
