Tried to use my “rewards” and they are never valid- yet the app says that I have claimed them. Rewards are useless if you can use them

Folsom Papa Murphys is the best

Folsom Papa Murphys is friendly and efficient. Pizza ordered in the app is
always on time as ordered. We haven’t found a better pizza in town. We enjoy baking at home for hot pizza in the comfort of our home.
