Coupons or Rewards never work
It is a let down to give customers rewards or coupons and never allow them to “apply” to orders.
App doesn’t work
The app and website login do not work. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, I’ve updated, I’ve tried to reset my password but they won’t send me an email. Get it together papa Murphy’s and fix it. I’d like to use my coupons and rewards

They accept EBT, a convenient benefit of what’s essentially a fresh cold grab-and-go chain enterprise. No hot foods, no problem.🙏
This is a meh app
The Payment portion of this app is terrible. They always decline the payment saying the postal code /zip code is wrong. It’s not. The only way to order is to use the SNAP payment and pay in-store.
Great pizza…problematic app
The app will not let you reuse your previous orders. It constantly throws up an error message so you have to redo your orders every single time you get pizza.

Rewards suck
Every time I try to use my rewards it deducts it, and then says rewards are not valid! And your cinnamon pinwheel makes a giant mess of my oven!
Easy & Convenient
We love having fresh baked pizza at home & Pappa Murphy’s is consistently wonderful. Pre-ordering & paying in advance is such a time saver. There has only been one time that our pizza was not ready when we arrived, but it was Halloween- one of their busiest days.
No option to pay in person
Every other mobile ordering app has an option to pay in person. Sometimes I want spend cash, not a card, or order to have my wife pickup and pay.
Thin crust
I just had the pepperoni thin crust. It was delicious. Anxiously awaiting the next one!
Good pizza

This app sucks
A person can’t schedule a pick up a day ahead. It says all locations are unavailable closed on a Saturday. so I guess I ordered pizza from somewhere else.
App is a little buggy
Love Papa Murphy’s and have loved them since it was Papa Aldo’s. The app always says I need to update it every time I open it and redirects me to the App Store to update. There is never an update. It always says “Open”. Would be 5 stars if not for this minor inconvenience. Otherwise it’s a PNW Institution. There’s just something about baking the pizza in your own home and the pizza is just somehow, different.

Garbage app
This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever encountered! Why would I or anyone want to be subjected to this type of irritation. Fix the flaws or at least fix the password reset link.
Consistency
It’s consistently delicious, I appreciate the quality.
Needs to be more user friendly
It’s impossible to add gift cards unless you place an order! AND you can’t switch between email that had GC numbers and app because it makes you start your order all over again.
What rewards?
Every time I’ve earned a reward, when I try to use it at check out the app claims it’s invalid. Store says they can’t do anything about the app. DO BETTER!
Love this place
Food is always fresh and super friendly staff. I wish they were on the east cost.
