This app is terrible
I love the pizza but I can’t get this app to work at all. It keeps giving me errors with my loyalty card. I’ve contacted support and they have yet to solve it after one year of back and worths. I’ve even made new accounts and got the same issues after a couple orders. They really need to build a better app. Until then I’ll use the website and a guest account. Please do better Papa Murphy’s.

Update broke the app
App no longer allows Apple Pay. Won’t save new cards for future use
Can’t pay, can’t order.
Unable to pay for orders on the app (doesn’t matter what card I use) and therefore unable to order on the app and earn rewards.
Basic and not helpful
Can we just see the menu without having to pick the location?! No menu to view unless locations are open.
Not a good app
The app doesn’t remember your location, it frequently drops your payment information

Hard to add discounts
It’s probably by design, but good god they do NOT make it smooth and easy to add discounts to your order. Make the UI more straightforward.
Not Paying Attention
I sat there for 20 minutes past my “pizza ready” time while people came and went. I didn’t want to bother the workers, but apparently my pizza was sitting off to the side all the while. They never put it on the Online Order. When I checked they said “Oh sorry! and handed it to me. They could look up once in awhile and note people who have been sitting there a long time. They weren’t that busy.

Time saver
I always make my order on the app and it is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. I’m in and out of the store in a couple of minutes so I save time not having to wait for my order to be made or to pay.
Rewards? More like Punishment.

Worst UX Ever
In trying to to place my order while at the payment screen, if you switch apps to copy your credit card information over, the app resets and you must go through the entire process over again. This is seriously the worst UX design I’ve ever seen. It functions like it was vibe coded during a late night tweaker session.

Menu just times out
Not much of an app. Hit the menu button for it to time out. Save yourself the time and just use the website, that works all the time unlike this app
Errors out
Stops working and says you’ve exceeded the maximum number of resources. I tried reinstalling no luck
App is garbage
This is by far the worst app I have used. Can’t reset password because it says failed every time.
Never ready when it says it will be
Easy to order and pizza is good but beware that is not ready when it is time to pick it up. Needs to have a better connection with the store for estimated pick up time.
