Phenomenal app
Just came here to say after using the app for my first time. Give the app developer a pat on the back. It is laid out very well and easy to use. Was able to set up my account easily and start getting my rewards. Every window you have to click on has the right keyboard or number pad you need every time. Even adding my cc was a breeze. Haven’t had a Papa Murphy’s pizza in ten years. Can’t wait to get home and get my first bite.

Rewards don’t work
Tried to use my “rewards” and they are never valid- yet the app says that I have claimed them. Rewards are useless if you can use them

I just wanna start off by saying The staff here is amazing! And The manager there is so incredible! Super nice and respectful, I Definitely will be back to give them more business!! I highly recommend coming in 100% worth it!

Coupons or Rewards never work
It is a let down to give customers rewards or coupons and never allow them to “apply” to orders.
App doesn’t work
The app and website login do not work. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, I’ve updated, I’ve tried to reset my password but they won’t send me an email. Get it together papa Murphy’s and fix it. I’d like to use my coupons and rewards

This is a meh app
The Payment portion of this app is terrible. They always decline the payment saying the postal code /zip code is wrong. It’s not. The only way to order is to use the SNAP payment and pay in-store.
Great pizza…problematic app
The app will not let you reuse your previous orders. It constantly throws up an error message so you have to redo your orders every single time you get pizza.

Every time I try to use my rewards it deducts it, and then says rewards are not valid! And your cinnamon pinwheel makes a giant mess of my oven!
