WORST APP EVER!!!
Absolutely positively the WORST APP EVER MADE!!! Every time ive used this app it has doubled my payments and either
A) not registered the payment, or
B) sent money to another dryer when i NEVER TOLD IT TO!!
Absolute money grabbing SCAM!!! All apartment complexes need to eliminate this app and all its affiliates!!!

Super nice and convenient!
The washer and dryers are amazing and a blessing to say less. We love our little laundry room at our little apartment complex. It’s so much easier than going down the street and these are cheap plus keep

This app makes laundry day so easy and convenient. No running to the store or bank to get coins. The app make is hassle free so it’s a win win.

You have to load $10 on the app to be able to use the machine, you can’t load less. Each wash and dry costs $1.50, so you can’t just use up the ten and be done with it. AND the dryer won’t even work with this stupid app. So scummy!!! I tried to use just my credit card on the washer but nope, I had to waste $10 on a glitchy app that only works with the washers. If you’re reading this before you load money on this useless app, DO NOT DO IT! I’ll have to find somewhere else to do laundry!

There is always a delay in updating the true balance on the app to the point where it seems as if more money is being deducted than what is used.

Few minor issues but overall a great app and very helpful.
Can’t register
Can’t even use the dryers without this app. But I’ve waited over 10 minutes for the 4 digit code to confirm but nothing, even using other phone numbers and still nothing. Having the machine only use cards and an app is just an unnecessary alternative to just using quarters.

I have tried 18 times to get your stupid code sent to me so I can finish registering.
I’ve wasted too much time. And it didn’t even work with my cards until the third one.

This app is very convenient to have, especially if you have younger children and/or trouble with the card machines reading your card chip. The only con to the app is that you have to add increments of $10, but it does have an option for you to request a refund for the amount leftover.

I would give it a 5 star rating simply because of the convenience of the app. To be able to load money from a card instead of having to get cash and then change. However, I moved out of the apartment complex where I was using the app and machine back in late February & early March, I submitted for a refund and here we are end of June and I still have not received my refund. Like I want to remove the app but I’m waiting on my refund and I have yet to find a number to call. If someone could help that would be nice.
