wish i could do sharing w/o vip
i want all my friends and stuff and my family to be able to have my sharing bc i have bad mood swings and i lwk get in trouble bc of them😅😅 but aside from that i rlly recommend the app its great w my predictions and cycle charge, the community is so helpful (as far as ik) and kind.
The best period APP EVER
I’ve told all my friends about this app. I absolutely loveeee it. I love the design, the education it provides, and the detailed tracking of my moods. Sometimes it’s hard for me to keep up with how I feel day to day and I love how easy it is with this app. The detailed questions to help track what my body is doing day to day, and it just takes a minute or two out of my day. I feel like once you try this app you won’t look at another period app again.

I have to add an update here. Seeing AI become integrated into this app is so disappointing ESPECIALLY because this app was originally marketed for its privacy. I wish the developers would step away from the usage of AI when it comes to women’s health.

Cluttered + Inaccurate Predictions
I have been using Aavia for almost two years and have decided to delete the app. It’s frustrating to navigate with annoying pop-ups. I also had this weird experience where, after recording my day, it would save but jump to last year’s calendar. Not a big deal… but if I’m tracking my cycle in July 2026, why is it taking me back to March 2025? Ultimately, I deleted the app because the predictions became very off in the last few months. For the most part, I have a normal 28-day cycle. Over the last few months, it’s been predicting that my cycle will be five weeks long between periods. I’m a busy working person, and I need an app that is straightforward and accurate. Aavia just does not meet that criteria for me.

the app is great in everything except the fact if i quick add a period it sends me back months on the calendar
Poor App Support
I got the app because I got the pill case, which is an incredible concept. I didn’t realize the app would also be a whole period, etc tracker which makes sense but unfortunately I’m not able to turn on ONLY the pill pack reminders which is all I want. I emailed support and followed up twice and never heard anything. They’re losing the stars because of poor support.

Saving Info
I recently bought a new phone and When I transferred all my data, none of my information on aavia switched over. Every period I’ve ever logged is just gone for good. It’s really frustrating to have to start all over and I have no way to retrieve that info. The app even said “welcome back” when I signed in but it behaved as if I created a new account and, again, did not have any of my previously logged periods. I never write reviews but I just lost months of important data and want to warn other girls out there to not get this app if you plan on ever buying a new phone

App Code Sucks
I used this app all of 2025 without issues. After their big update requiring users to have IOS 18 and up it destroyed every day use of this app. I updated my IOS, I made all the updates to the app and the app will still not work. The app does not launch and it is now completely useless.
Cycle Tracking Inaccurate
Even after consistent logging for months it is stuck saying im in my follicular phase, it never predicts correctly and says my next ovulation is months away. Its been stuck like this since the beginning of 2026 :(

Used to be Good
This app used to be great. It was advertised as a safe, secure, women-powered app. Now, it’s AI everywhere - and it sure shows with how buggy it is. What I eat won’t matter when AI takes all the water to grow it! Partner text alerts rarely work, customer service rarely gets back to you now, and all the gen AI stuff is not only off putting, it’s extremely buggy. Sometimes you’ll get recs, sometimes you won’t. I paid for a lifetime of this app before it went downhill. Swiping is buggy, and half the stuff on here is just a waste of time. What a waste of money. Seems like they cashed out like everyone else these days. Very disheartening.

I love this app because of how accurate it is and how helpful it is. The community is so friendly and supportive, there’s features that u can put on to private ur account while typing up a comment or question and I think that is so caring.
Doing way too much
It’s just a glam app that makes you think it’s productive and wastes time. It does the tracking, just does way too much. Gotta sit there for 10 minutes to answer stupid questions.

Used to love this app but now it’s so incredibly glitchy. I put in my info and it doesn’t save and it has all my dates out of whack. Deeply frustrating and disappointing because it once was so good
It’s time for something new
I have been using this app for years and have gained so so much useful info from it. But girl. I am so tired of the swiping! I love when they add something new I’m able to track, but adding more prompts I have to swipe “yes” or “no” on is TAXING!! If I accidentally swipe wrong on the last card I have to do it all over again! Is there some option where I can just quickly toggle a checklist? And if not, when will that be an option?? I want to track these things but I do not have time to swipe through 10 prompts per category! The decision fatigue of answering each and every question is keeping me from using this app as consistently as I would like.
