The app is good
The information is helpful and the app is great until it crashes or you change a phone - then you just lose all your personal information. So it’s good to have it somewhere else as well…
Help
Loved this app until I had a baby. I came back to it and now the dang algorithm can’t figure out my period. I’ve cycled 4 times and it still says I’m having 3 month cycles because it’s averaging my last years of no period. Let’s get it together.
Now it seems they have a pause button, but I can’t go back 2 years and pause. Anyway, i paid for another app (Lively) just so i could know when my period will come. I hate that I had to do that bc I love Alisa’s work.

Useless App
There’s nothing in this app that AI models can’t do today. You can’t change your logs nor can know your ovulation accurately. Food options are absurd with ai pictures. it’s a total waste of money. Please do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money
Doesn’t live up to the method
I loved reading both Woman Code & In The Flo & the principles behind this app have changed my life & healed me. However the app does not do the program justice. I honestly prefer the old website version where at least we would get new recipes monthly. The recipe section is underwhelming & feels like it has not been updated since the very beginning. Also, the photos are clearly AI generated & the recipes frequently mismatch the ingredients to the directions. I am begging for an update to this app that feels worth the 30 dollars per month.

They sold out.
I used the app for 3 years and it helped me so much to track my cycle and know where my hormones were at. It was wonderfully informative and simple now they want you to subscribe to programs and buy supplements. Like many others here I was logged out with the update and have lost years of data. Just another sad reminder your data on apps is never your own. I would have expected better from Alisa who should know how valuable this information is to women. At least an email letting account holders know their data was about to be wiped! ‘Trusted by 500,000 women.’ lol we literally did trust you. Not anymore.
